Solo un detalle, al momento de hacer checout no estaba el personal hasta que salió un chico de la casa principal para darles las llaves solo ojo con esos detalles

El lugar es agradable, el personal muy amable. El jacuzzi no funciona, estacionamiento para autos muy limitado, no hay servicios por la noche. Las cortinas no cubren por completa el cancel de la habitación, se pierde privacidad.

Esta muy linda la casa, muy descuidada, no tiene mantenimiento y el encargado de nombre Gerardo súper grosero, me quería quedar una noche mas y prácticamente nos corrio, ahora entiendo porque está así la casa, ya la habíamos visitado hace tiempo y era otra cosa, lastima por la dueña, perderá clientes.

Primero decir que el personal que te atiende es muy muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La casa es bonita y el jardin y alberca muy bien. Se ve que la casa tuvo su epoca de esplendor pero no le han dado mantenimiento. Tiene estacionamiento (lo cual es un plus). El tema es que dado el costo por noche tienen muchos detalles que mejorar: las habitaciones no estan muy limpias, huelen a humedad, las sabanas y toallas ya estan muy gastadas, las cortinas sucias,no te ponen agua para beber en la habitacion, usan jabon de mala calidad para las manos, no hay tapete para salir de la regadera, las colchas desgastadas. El desayuno incluido esta bueno y muy completo, pero el restaurante en si no es muy bonito y podria serlo dada la hermosa vista que tiene del jardin y la alberca. Por otro lado tuvimos mala suerte de que fallo el agua (pero lo arreglaron rapidamente) y habia una fiesta del pueblo juntito (pero en seguida nos cambiaron de habitación). En resumen creo que por el precio podrian ofrecer mejores amenidades y tener en mejor estado las habitaciones. Pero se agradece mucho la gran amablidad del personal.

Hotel sin servicio

No reserven en este lugar! Hice mi reserva y al llegar al lugar el hotel estaba cerrado, estuvimos tocando y llamando por teléfono y nadie contestó, al final tuve que sufrir buscando un lugar adicional dónde hospedarme, llame a hoteles.com para un reembolso de mi dinero que espero pronto quedé pues se me hace de muy mal gusto que permitan hacer reservas si el hotel no está en servicio.

Pesimo. No habia agua caliente. Puro borracho. No se puede dormir. Y me cobraron como si estuviera todo en orden. Pesimo “ hotel” bueno no es ni hotel. Casa-sin agua caliente. Espero respondan o reembolsen la estancia. Ni dormir se puede en ese lugar.

The room was not bad although it was terribly humid. Pillows were very uncomfortable. They don’t put bottled water and stores around were closed so we were thirsty all night. They woke us up at 7am to move the car (other cars were parked in front of us) as we were the last ones to check in so that ruined our sleep. The WC had a water leak. Too expensive for what it is.
