I didnt realize the hotel was not kosher. It was not for me. They were accommodating and helped refund part of my stay. The air-conditioning worked well. Yet the rooms were small and nmorw importantly clean. The location is pretty convenient. I my only recommendation is to add somewhere on the description its not kosher.

The hotel was lovely. Beautiful decor. The location was amazing. Close to restaurants shopping and people watching. As well as near the beach. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room and common areas were extremely dirty, and it didn’t feel properly maintained at all. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful, which made the experience even worse. On top of that, the surrounding area did not feel safe or pleasant. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and will definitely never stay here again.

It was my second time in this hotel, very well located in the city centre. Everything can be done on foot. The rooms with balcony are comfortable and very modern. I sincerely recommend this hotel!

Jacob hotel

The hotel was lovely and in a very good location. The staff were very helpful. One thing we struggled with was the street noise as everyone likes to honk their horn or you hear sirens a lot, however I’m sure most hotels have the same issue. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and only a short walk to the beach.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish with new furnishings. Bed was large, comfortable and the room was fully equipped. Staff was friendly and attentive. Location was surrounded by shopping, dining, markets and cafes. 10 minute walk to beach.

Great location. Only complaint is that early in the morning at 7 am I wanted to shower and there was no hot water. Apparently the heater was off and it took a while for the water to become hot. In a hotel of this caliber, the heater should always be on so there’s always hot water.
