Tiene varias áreas de aportunidad para mejorar

En lo personal me dejé llevar por el nombre del hotel. Siento que fue muy caro el precio por el tipo de habitación la habitación fue muy sencilla. Muy amplia eso si, pero con muebles maltratados. Realmente lejos de una alberca y de la playa. Mi esposa embarazada y la habitación en segundo piso y sin elevador.

El hotel este ubicado en una excelente zona, solo que desde que lo inaguraron hace como 10 años, NO le han invertido en mantenimiento.

Worst Hotel/Resort Ever: Do Not Use!

We saw the pictures on Expedia, and this hotel looked alright. Not luxurious, but adequate. When we arrived we were horrified. The hotel is totally run down - looks like it hasn't been attended to in about 25 years. The rooms were in poor condition (see photos), and every window was covered in tape to protect against hurricanes - except that the tape had the appearance of having been there for several years. The beds were only covered by sheets... and they were dirty! There were other issues with the hotel room, but they were nothing compared to the hotel grounds and the beach. The hotel grounds were poorly taken care of. Pools were empty of water, electric cords were loose and visible at child level, and there was - I kid you not - a garbage pit on the hotel grounds, complete with garbage and a stray dog! (Again, see photos.) The beach, if you can imagine it, was worse. It was covered in broken glass and garbage. There were random pieces of concrete. It reminded me most of the scene from Planet of the Apes where half of the Statue of Liberty was visible in the sand. I have attached photos as evidence. We had booked two nights. I couldn't convince my wife to stay for one night. We had driven 6 hours to get there - we got back in the car and drove right back to Mexico City. I asked for a refund; the hotel declined. I'll cancel the charge on my credit card. I strongly recommend staying as far away as possible from this hotel.

No hay wifi en las habitaciones, poca recepción para el teléfonica, el hotel está a vacío y solicité una habitación cerca de la alberca y me dieron la que quisieron, desprendí la cama y había un part de arañas en la sabana, la habitación no tenía luz tuvieron que cambiarme a otra, por el preciso que pague de ‘mil ciento y tantos, me esperaba algo mejor

Pequeños detalles que hacen grandes diferencias, comparando hoteles del mismo precio en algunos te hoteles llenan el frigobar con agua, jugos o cerveza, (algunas botellas de cortesía aquí ni agua te dan) las habitaciones en general limpias y cómodas, unos cuadros para agradar a la vista no estarían de mas, una cosa muy importante señalamiento para el camino a la playa, pues si uno agarra por otro lado que el que no es, el camino es un poco rudo y al regreso no hay regaderas para quitarse la arena. Algo muy positivo, estuvimos alejados de las multitudes, disfrutamos la playa y la alberca, salimos a comer a un restaurantito cercano muy rico y económico, la diversión no se detiene por los malos detalles pero si dejan mal sabor de boca, creo que deben poner atención a los reclamos de la gente. PD: no hay Wi-fi en las habitaciones.

El servicio en general es bueno, la recepcionista requiere mayor disposición, es cortés pero no da un plus que cualquier visitante espera, el servicio en restaurante es bueno pero el mesero que nos atendió es bastante distraído de 2 a 3 veces tuve que pedirle que nos siguiera atendiendo. Si regresaría por que las instalaciones y la ubicación son buenas. Sólo que tuvieran más cuidado en los detalles mencionados

esta junto a la playa , pero no tiene playa.

Un hotel al cual en verdad yo no recomenfaria a mis amigos. desde que llegas a la recepcion te recibe una señorita con cara de no quere trabajar y dudando de la reservacion. El disque restaurant que tienen es una decepcion, el bufet lo unico bueno es el cafe y la fruta. el personal que atiende totalmente desconectado de lo que es atencion de calidad, yo no buscaba una atencion personalizada, secillamente que te atendieran bien. la alberca sucia. las habietaciones limpías y seguras. el hotel pegado al mar pero no tiene playa. en fin. yo nunca regreso ahi. pero aun asi gracias a a solo una persona trabajadora de ahi que tuvo la amabilidad de sonreir.

es un fraude cuando llegue me pidieron que pagara la estancia de los menores que lleve porque según ellos no estaban considerados y tenia dos números de reservacion y se tubo que pagar 600.00 mas de lo acordado las colchones eran incomodo y no se podia descansar

Pésimo servicio de hoteles.com Y misión del mar

Pésimo servicio tanto del hotel como de hoteles.com, no me respetaron la reservación que hice. Al llegar al hotel me dijeron que mi hora de entrada era a las 13:00 hrs y que sino se me cancelaba la reservación, situación que que ni el hotel ni hoteles.com me hicieron del conocimiento hasta el momento que llegue al hotel, y dado que no llegue a tal hora, me quede sin habitación, posteriormente me comuniqué a hoteles.com, para que me dieran solución respecto al servicio que había contratado directamentamete con ellos, y no hubo tal solución, supuestamente me ayudarían a buscar otra habitación por la zona y jamás me dieron respuesta, es más cortaron la comunicacion via telefónica. La pregunta es, cuál es la finalidad de hacer una reservación ? Si al llegar al lugar, te dicen que no la respetaron porque aparte de todo hay alta demanda por ser Semana Santa, precisamente por eso uno reserva porque se sabe que es Semana Santa y que todo tendrá cupo lleno, a efecto de no padecer en ese momento buscando hotel, pero tal parece que para la página la finalidad es apartar el lugar y en caso de que el usuario no pueda asistir entonces si penalizar, porque la penalización. Únicamente aplica para el usurario, no para la página cuando incumple los términos,entonces ya que la página incumplió con los términos establecidos se presentará la queja correspondiente ante la profeco ya que no es la primera vez que tengo este problema con hoteles.com

Un Hotel muy grande bien ubicado.

Muy bien cada cosa que solicitabamos nos la cumplian, el personal muy competente, y las instalaciones les falta un poquito de Mantto. Es importante tener una Rampa al frente PARA QUE BAJEN A LA PLAYA PERSONAS MAYORES Y INCAPACITADOS. MUY BIEN TODO LO DEMAS.
