The best non brand (not marriott, not hilton) hotel i ever stayed in Tashkent. Personal is exceptional, every on high level, verry satisfied. Better than Crown plaza, better than marriott, better than radisson blue, much better than intercontinental, even better than hilton. Perfectly and surprisingly excellent service. I wasnt expected to get a complimentary plate of fresh fruits from hotel on my arrival. Definitely will stay at this hotel. Worth every penny. If you looking for great service this hotel is the best in the city.

Very nice place in a convenient location

Very nice hotel in a quiet street in a residential neighborhood, close to a supermarket and a national cuisine restaurant. A small glitch, the shower head was leaking a bit but the hand shower worked fine. I am sure they will have it fixed.

Excellent Hotel

I recently stayed at the brand new Grand Central Hotel in the heart of the city, and it exceeded all expectations. The hotel's stunning design, exceptional service, and luxurious rooms with breathtaking city views made for a perfect stay. Its central location made exploring the city incredibly convenient. First time in Uzbekistan :)

Special heartfelt thanks to Sarwar and Umidjon for all of their help throughout my stay- especially in booking my train to Samarkand. The train website wasn't working, but these men went above and beyond to help me the night before my departure, and also in the morning Sarwar helped me get a cab (and even got upset at a cab driver when he wouldnt accept my luggage in his car without a tip). Sarwar was ashamed by the driver's ill manners and was concerned Uzbekistan was misportrayed to tourists like myself by the driver's behavior, but Sarwar's good deeds will always be remebered by me, i.e., no worries - Uzbeks are still good in my book thanks to Sarwar and Umidjon :). Lovely hotel premises, brand new, clean and spacious. Air conditioner was amazing in room. Breakfast staff were always smiling and friendly. One downside of the hotel was that I had requested airport shuttle information in my reservation on expedia, but the hotel never responded to my inquiry, which left me stranded at the airport for 3 hours. Otherwise, you guys are the best! I will always stay here when visiting Tashkent. Thank you all so much!

Nice clean, modern hotel in Tashkent. We only stayed for a night before traveling onward to Samarkand. 15 mins ride from Tashkent Airport even with traffics and 10 mins ride to Tashkent Station. As we had to take early morning train, didn't get to eat breakfast. Facility is modern and in good condition and staffs were helpful as well.

The only major drawback is the soundproofing of the rooms. You can hear everything going on in the next room. When cleaning the room, they didn't vacuum or wet-mop the floor; they only changed the towels and bed linen. The towels aren't white anymore; they should be renewed. Otherwise, everything is fine!
