The room was clean, spacious and consistently cool so I didn't need to use the fan at all. There was ample supply of hot water for bathing, and the meal promotion at the coffee house were very reasonable compared to other hotels of the same quality
Room was big and view from balcony was great, but the bathroom is not in the best condition and needs to be replaced. Breakfast was included with stay and pretty good.
seamless check in; comfortable room; bathroom was spacious but shower speed can be improved. However, carpeting need replacement; breakfast items need major upgrade.

The cleanses was a big issue upon arrival. There was a supper long golden hair on the bedsheets covered up by the blanket. The cups didn't look like being washed? Servicing was good, could make changes accordingly. Tks
The room was dirty and uncomfortable. We upgraded and the 1st room had a wet carpet and smelled. Finally, we got a satisfactory room.
The breakfast was poor and kept running out of food.
The staff were very helpful.

Looks a bit old and dated. Some places in the room were dusty. It has a big room.
Oveall nice property with a garden and nice views, large room, lovely view from the balcony, short walk to Tanah Rata but we rather enjoyed that it and walked twice back and forth each day.
Breakfast is average and can be improved, and there's a musty smell in the room possibly due to moist furniture that some reviews already mention that the hotel should fix.
The accommodation looks like a building what used to be a great hotel back in the days. The rooms are spacious and there is free breakfast included with freshly made omelet. However the carpet is full of spots, the bathroom full of molt and little insects. The hotel experienced a few power interruptions during our stay. The location is on walking distance of the city center with nice restaurants for a good diner.
Noisy - all voices from reception echoed upstairs to my room.
Rooms are very dated and bathrooms grimy.
Window in my room didn’t shut properly as latch was broken.
Rubbish all round the grounds.
Staff were very pleasant.
We had a great stay in this hotel and we upgraded our room that had a fantastic view of the hills and the village. The room simply massive and it was so relaxing just sitting in the balcony enjoying the wonderful view. The only problem we had was the television being too loud and we could not adjust the volume of the sound and the cover for the handset of the tv conrol was missing. We informed the front desk but they did not do anything about it. We had not attempted to turn the tv on again. The food in the restaurant not good. We had wonderful Tandoori chicken meals down in a restaurant in he village. We were able to buy fruits from the fruit stalls next to the car park which is on the way to the hotel up the hill.

The hotel is geeat, but a bit outdated. Can do witb an upgrade.
The rooms were average, but several maintenance issues were noticeable. There were broken tiles and a damaged health faucet in the bathroom. The room also lacked convenient features such as a USB charging port or an international power socket. Additionally, the water fountain and the surrounding area in the backyard were poorly maintained. Overall, it did not feel like good value for money.
