Good : 1. good location ,just downstair is the shopping area 2. room /bed is large Bad : 1. difficult to find the place, I need to search more than 30mins to find the place 2. bath room is too small, when standing inside, even cant move 3. no cleaning everyday

很差的感覺

房間都大的！ 沖涼的水壓不夠！水溫也不夠！害我洗澡時也不敢太久，會很冷沒有熱水⋯！企缸的去水也很慢！ 床很軟不舒服！最後一晚我兩人也被小東西咬了身幾口！我的身也痕了多天⋯ 廁所殘舊！去廁所後用過的紙巾不能沖落馬桶內！？！ 退房時也要自己倒垃圾！？！ 不會再想入住！

Location is very convenient - middle of Ximending night market! The room is very big which is perfect for families. There is no signage so it will be a bit hard to find the property, but the owner is very responsive via Expedia messaging. She asked her staff to meet us at Uniqlo. The only problem we encountered is the water heater, which is not stable.

民宿很好，住宿姨婕耐心講解，除了洗衣機有少許流水問題，整體唔錯，附近有許多食店及便利店，又近捷運站，下次有機會會再去

入住后才发現，每天不会清洁的！大毛巾五天用一条！ 厕所少，床太软不好睡！ 冲厕不行要每天清行清洁！ 木有万能插头提供！ 价格並不比其他便宜多少，只是多一个沙发位置！ 要求服务和清洁有要求的就不建议！

地点方便，但地址不清楚，下樓已經是食館及購物點，嘈雜聲音比附近想像環境好，房間價格便宜，但衛生清潔有代改善，但是房間清潔淨尚可，只是沒有每天清潔及需自行將垃圾處理，但房東沒有給予清潔用品清潔，哈哈! 洗手間沒有抽氣造成有點異味! 熱水爐水流足夠及夠熱，洗手盆水喉的水流又太大，經常弄濕用圍邊 ，浴室空間不夠，轉身都很不方便，交房員工友善，需要時可隨時找到

床是用運輸的pallet做成的，房間有一陣味，廁所沒有抽氣扇，窗外的風景是儲水桶及亂糟糟的簷蓬。唯一好處是十分方便，在西門町中心，一下樓就有可能行街。

地點方便，但是很舊的住宿民宿，不算很潔淨。

地點沒錯是很方便，但是房間不算潔淨，最大問題是廁所的水渠口很臭很臭！如果沒有關上廁所門，整間房間都是臭水渠味！是讓人想嘔吐的臭味！

읽어보시면 후회 안할 후기.

장점:위치적인 조건이 매우 좋습니다. 역과 가깝고 시내 중심가라 뭐 사먹거나 활동하기에 좋고 사람이 많다보니 안전 보장되는 것 같아요. 약간 에어비앤비느낌의 방입니다. 방음이 잘된다고 해서 선택한 방인데, 정말 뭐 딱히 소리때매 잠 못잔건 없었어요ㅎㅎ 단점: 여긴 호텔이 아닙니다. 두명이서 4일 숙박했는데 수건을 딱 2장 주네요ㅎ 더 달라고하니 샤워타올같은 일회용 거즈를 수건이라고 여러장 챙겨주는... 화장실에 하수구 냄새가 엄청납니다. 루이팡 길거리 하수구에서 나는 냄새와 같은 냄새를 맡았어요.. 이불에서 냄새가 나거나 그런건 전혀없었지만, 호텔은 아니라는거 중국인 아주머니? 분이 관리하시는 것 같았는데 영어 잘 안되세요. 하지만 뭐 바디랭귀지 통해서 소통은 됩니다. 숙소 찾으시는데 참고하시고 좋은 여행되세요.

Property is well situated in a great part of taipei. Easy access to food and transportation. It is in the heart of Ximen Crossing. The room was not as pictured. The bathroom leaves much to be desired.

1.熱水爐水流太慢， 很難洗澡; 洗手盆水喉的水流又太大，經常弄濕用圍邊 2.洗衣機用不了， 因為洗衣機蓋是壞的，還好房東借了一台洗衣機給我們，但是很不方便 3.冷氣機有問題，要用手直接弄風向閘， 還要等很久才會感到涼 4.洗手盆很髒， 掛浴巾的地方和衣架不足，要自己買掛鉤回來用才行 5.浴室空間不夠，轉身都很不方便 6.房東和員工態度還行 7.沒有打掃用具給我們自理 8.房東沒有在客人入住前仔細檢查設備，到我們用的時候才發現有問題就太遲了

위치가 좋고 깨끗한 신축호텔이었어요. 지도에는 정확한 위치가 안나오는데 유니클로 앞에서 연락드리면 5분내로 오십니다. 패밀리마트 안에 있는 엘리베이터로 올라가는 건데 편의점 안에 입구가 있어서 특이하기도 하고 나름 유동인구가 계속 많은 곳이라 안심도 되었네요. 방도 무지 큽니다.
