Extremely kind and friendly staff at the front desk. Breakfast menu was small but was sufficient enough to have a meal set option of Chinese or Western food. We got the Love Suite and it was more than enough space for a couple. The room had an amazing Mountain View and a private spa bath overlooking the outside views. Hotel location is fairly close to all the BeiTou attractions. Love the free shuttle service between the hotel and the nearest subway station. Will most definitely book here again!

Walking distance to the Thermal Valley. The property is nice and quiet A bit inconvenient as it is located up in the hillside area, but the hotel does provide drop off and pick up down the hill.

The private onsen on the balcony that can open as open air balcony or close to be part of bedroom is very enjoyable. They only provide 2 towels per room but would be more convenient if they provided more as you need towels for onsen & more for shower.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff were all very kind welcoming and excellent. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The bed was very comfortable. I loved having a private onsen and was surprised by the healthful effects of the hot spring water. There are nearby hiking trails. On a rainy day I took the free shuttle to the metro station and visited the excellent museums in Taipei. I would love to visit again for a longer stay.

Having spent 30 years in the customer service industry, I was amazed by the connection and awesome level of service privided by Amy at the front desk. She was all smiles, couldn't help enough and just made us feel like we were at home. She deserves all the kudos for making the hotel feel so special. We loved our room and enjoyed every minute of our stay.
