Beautiful property

Property is beautiful, sprawling, right on the ocean, walking distance to Tanah Lot----locals tell me the property has been sold to the Trump organization, buildings are to be leveled with a new and improved Trump version substituted therefore. Rooms---upon entry we noticed mites on the table and in closet drawers. We called the desk, someone was sent to spray for the mites immediately---they seemed to know exactly what we were talking about. Staff---we stayed at 2 other comparable hotels prior to Pan Pacific. Staffs at those hotels were much more proficient in the English language. Spa---my wife received amazing treatment. Restaurants---good food at the Gastro Pub. Driftwood dinner very good. Breakfast buffet is average.

ゴルフ好きにはとても便利

4泊クラブルームを利用しました。5:00pmから7:00pmは毎日違うアペタイザーが出て、クラブラウンジでの楽しいひと時を過ごす事ができました。スタッフ皆さんがとても感じがよかったです。 ゴルフ場まで無料でカートで送ってくれて、コースもとても手入れがいき届いていました。名物の海越えはとても感激しました。ホテルの庭から海越えのところに行けるので再度感動を味合う事ができました。

Nice room, had some cleanliness issues, i.e. Rim of toilet was dirty, long hair in the shower still. But overall nice. Great atmosphere and the ocean was nice to view. Great spot for sun set viewing.

Sorry to See It Go

It is a shame that, come this summer, the Pan Pacific Nirwana Resort will be razed to make way for a new Trump Hotel. The current hotel, a warm, dignified and elegant set of structures with lovely views of the ocean and Tanah Lot Temple, will give way to a planned multi-story complex and casino.. Gone will be the current treasure, which deftly blends outsiders' idealizations of Bali with genuine respect for Balinese culture. Tanah Lot's bucolic dignity as a rice growing part of the Island, which the Pan Pacific chain respected, is now likely to give way to the harsher and less spiritual ethos of Nusa Dua, where it is possible to party and lay on the beach for days with no connection to Bali or the lovely Balinese people. To borrow a phrase from the man who will set this degradation in motion - Sad!

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Very friendly staff especially Mitha was very helpful. Very relaxing & soothing. The food was good , but not too many variety. Also they need to add more Balanese flavor such as dancing & music. We were at the seafood buffet dinner with Balenese performance. The food was Ok, but didn't enjoy the performance. We were looking for Balinese dance & music, not drama.

모기나 벌레가 많은 발리 호텔인데,, 방충망도 없어서 문도 함부로 못열겠고,,,, 습해서 문을 닫아 에어컨 죙일 틀고있다가 왔네요... 그리고 침대 밑에 카페트는 왜 깔아두신건지.. 더럽고,, 지저분해서 차라리 안깔아 놓는게 청소하기도 편하고 보기도 좋았을것 같아요..거기다 화장실 배수문제... 화장실 배수문제인지 뭔지 화장실 문 앞까지 바닥에 물이 흥건히 고여있어서 욕조에서 목욕도 할수 없었고, 아이들과 이용할때 조심또 조심하고 왔습니다.. 호텔 외부의 시설은 만족하나 객실에 대한 청결도와 편의시설은 영 아닌거 같습니다.

경치가 좋고 주변이 조용해서 너무 좋았어요. 객실 또한 깔끔하고 특히 침대가 너무 편안합니다. 골프장이 함께 갖춰져 있는 리조트여서 넓은 규모와 수영장의 규모도 커서 아이들을 동반한 가족 여행으로는 좋은것 같아요. 리조트 안에서만 시간을 보낸다면 너무 좋지만 주변의 다른 비치를 가기에는 차량으로 30분 정도 소요되며 주변에 택시가 없어 호텔에서 제공되는 차량 이용료가 비싸다는 약간의 단점이 있습니다.

Minder dan verwacht.

Het hotel is enorm groot. de kamers zijn prima, maar met een klein balkon, dat niet verlicht is. prachtige tuin en zwembaden. De eerste avond aten we in het openlucht-restaurant waar alleen een buffet geserveerd werd. De service was daar uitstekend, maar het eten gewoon heel slecht. Lauwe, taaie vis die waarschijnlijk al uren in de bakken stond en niet werd aangevuld. De keuken sluit om 10 uur, maar het toetjes-buffet werd niet aangevuld, zodat er om 9 uur nog maar een paar toetjes over waren. De volgende dag aten we in het normale restaurant, waar het eten erg duur, maar uitstekend was, maar hier liet de service weer zeer te wensen over. wijn werd niet bij-geschonken en ondanks het feit dat we gevraagd hadden om wat tijd tussen het voor en hoofdgerecht, stond dat direct voor onze neus. Jammer, want je bent toch gauw 175 euro kwijt voor 2 voor- en 2 hoofdgerechten met een eenvoudig flesje wijn.

Noise at the poll area all night long

we called the front dest twice to complain about people laughing and screaming in the pool area. they did nothing about it. we had a sleepless night. to add insult to injury the manager sais, it is the holidays, as if it would be an excuse for peeople to party all night long and deprive other guests from sleeping. Tranquil resort

I had a great time. The room was exactly as pictured in the advertising images. The air con in the room was great. The swimming pools were great, the cabanas were a really nice touch. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The massage parlour / spa was beautiful. The staff were truly incredible, each and every staff member was genuinely friendly and helpful, they made me feel so comfortable and made my holiday so enjoyable - the staff deserve credit for their outstanding service. I stayed at the resort by myself and enjoyed a lovely holiday.

If you require to relax then this is the place but remember that it is a 5 star hotel so food and drink are not cheap, maybe be an idea to go exclusive?

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel in Strandnähe

Das Hotel ist sehr gut eingerichtet und schön gelegen - in Gehweite vom berühmten Tempel Hanah Lot. Die 'immer sind sehr schön eingeichtet - bei einem Problem mit der Air Condition hat man uns sofort in ein nch besseres Zimmer upgegradet. Die Preise für Mahlzeiten und Wellness sind hoch, aber die Qualität ist auch sehr gut. Insgesamt sind wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.
