Good experience overall

The check-in process wasn't great. We arrived mid-day with no one to open the doors for us only to find out that it was a self check-in and we had to contact them 72 hours before arrival. When trying to contact the property manager, we got no answer and a kind neighbour helped us out. After about 10 minutes we got a hold of someone and got in - the rest of the stay was great! The rooms were spacious and clean and breakfast was great as well!

Very comfortable stay

The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The property is close to Ortigia, about 15 min walk. Our host Guiseppe was very kind and helpful.

Our opinion

Host was very good at communicating to us. The accommodation was clean but, in our opinion, requires updating. Suggestion: I don’t know how many travellers stay but for a bit more money on the cost of the room, a washing machine and dryer would very helpful

Die Unterkunft war vollkommen in Ordnung, der Kontakt spontan und es war alles da was man braucht. Geschlafen haben wir gut, auch wenn wir schmunzeln mussten, über die Beistellbetten, welche einfach im Metallbettgestell standen. Einen Parkplatz gab es nur an der Straße, wo man suchen musste.

La struttura è situata in una posizione comoda per raggiungere il duomo di Siracusa e non troppo lontana per raggiungere Ortigia. Il parcheggio è facile da trovare lungo la strada dove è situato il B&B, noi labbiamo trovato praticamente di fronte al portone. La camera quadrupla molto ampia e pulita, soppalcata, il letto matrimoniale un po troppo morbido per i miei gusti e i vicini di stanza si sentivano quando andavano nel loro bagno. Pulita e molto spaziosa, pur non avendo un parcheggio privato si trova facilmente posto per l'auto. Colazione ottima e abbondante.Pur non essendo vicinissima a Ortigia, è facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi. Consigliabile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

B&B molto carino. Completamente ristrutturato ed arredato con gusto. Le persone che ci hanno accolto disponibili e molto gentili. Non molto distante dal centro. Noi lo raggiungevamo a piedi.

Descent Place, Very Little English

Room was very nice & people great except practically no English. Breakfast was basic with outstanding croissants. They did pack a breakfast for me for last day (early departure). Location just OK. Not in central area (nr Ortigya) & poor transportation from train station to/from b&b. Luckily had car for 4 nights so no too bad. Plenty of street parking. One day room wasn't cleaned.

Megfelelő hotel

Egy éjszakát töltöttünk el a hotelben. Az utcakép nem túl barátságos, a hotel viszont kellemes meglepetés volt, tágas, tiszta szobát kaptunk. A szolgáltatás szinvonala megfelel a három csillagos besorolásnak.
