Linley House stay delightful

The garden room at this house hotel is delightful. Tidy, well appointed with everything you need for an overnight stay. The only challenge is the very steep driveway. I elected to park the car across the way in a public parking rather than attempt the road. They offer in street parking in a street behind. Also located on the very busy main thoroughfare in Lane Cove.

Lovely room with private garden

Hosts were delightful. The location is right on the bus line. Amenities are well thought out. Driveway is quite steep. Only real downside is noise if you want to spend time outside.

Room and facilities were just what we needed for a couple of nights. The area is quite hilly and not near shops, there is some road noise and the driveway is quite steep and narrow, alternative parking in side street. Gardens are lovely. Bus stops adjacent to entrance.

The driveway is very awkward. Slippery even in dry conditions . Uneven surface was a bit of a worry too. We still enjoyed our stay at the property and were very comfortable.

This is a great b and b in a convenient position. The owners are very welcoming, and not intrusive. The room was cozy and warm, and the bed very comfortable. Loved the breakfast. I would stay here again.
