This delightful 3-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and is ideally located within walking distance to the tranquil river and the local bowling club, making it easy to enjoy both nature and a bit of social fun.

- Aircon is available.
- No Wi-Fi access.
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed.
- No Garage Access (driveway & street parking available)

Step inside and you’ll immediately feel the warmth of Melinga’s 1960s cottage charm, beautifully blended with a laid-back coastal vibe. As you enter, you’re welcomed into a bright and airy open-plan living and dining area, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The living area features plush leather lounges, perfect for unwinding in front of the smart TV, and is serviced by air conditioning to keep the whole home comfortable year-round.

The three private bedrooms are positioned around the central living space, each offering storage, hangers, and mirrors to make your stay easy and convenient.

Towards the rear of the home, you’ll find a functional kitchen equipped with all the essentials, along with a second casual seating area, ideal for morning coffee or a quiet moment. The combined bathroom and laundry includes a shower/bathtub, and washing machine for added practicality.

Step outside from the kitchen into the fully fenced backyard, where you’ll discover a spacious grassed area complete with outdoor seating and a firepit, perfect for relaxed afternoons or evenings under the stars. The front yard also offers a generous lawn, adding to the home’s open and inviting feel.

With plenty of driveway parking available, there’s ample space for cars, boats, or other watercraft—making Melinga an excellent base for exploring everything Sussex Inlet has to offer.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
