Front desk was nice. Nice staff.

It was a 20 minute train ride to Lucerne. The hot tub was closed. The rooms very plain looking. Breakfast was decent.

Almost perfect, but overly soft mattresses

I stay at this hotel every year, and each time, at some point during my trip, I wonder why I booked this hotel again, with its incredibly soft mattresses. Personally, I don’t like soft mattresses at all, and this is a big downside, but the hotel is otherwise so wonderful that I’ve probably returned ten times over the years. The spa is nice, the location is good assuming you want to stay in Suree. The service is really friendly, and the breakfast is okay.

Genial

Wir waren für eine Übernachtung im Aquafit. Es war für uns grandios, durften am nächsten Tag nach längerem Auschecken sogar bis Feierabend den Wellnessbereich nochmals benutzen. Das Morgenessen war auch grossartig, das Zimmer gross, einzig für den extrem kleinen Duschraum gibt es Abzüge. Ansosten absolut Top!

Freundlicher Empfang, Der Wellnessbereich und die Badeanlage sowie das Fitness ist Top. Am Frühstücksbüffet wird man satt. Es fehlt aber ein wenig an LIebe. Das nötigste ist da, aber ich denke man könnte da mit wenig, viel rausholen. Das Zimmer hat ein wenig "gemüffelt" und das Badezimmer ist im Vergleich zum restlichen Platzangebot extrem klein. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit

Business Übernachtung mit Fitness und Wellness

Das Zimmer eher karg, das Bett bequem und die Fitness und Wellnesslandschaft perfekt für mich! Das Frühstück war ok, der Kaffee sehr gut..... Insgesamt war es für mich ein sehr guter Businessaufenthalt. Man muss ein paar Abstriche machen, was die Beleuchtung im Zimmer angeht, aber insgesamt gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Danke auch für den freundlichen Empfang und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Gutes Hotel, besonders für Schwimm- und Saunaliebhaber. Das Zimmer war geräumig und geschmackvoll funktionell und modern eingerichtet. Positiv ist auch die recht zentrale Lage zum Bahnhof bzw. zur Altstadt von Sursee. Das Frühstücksbuffett war vielseitig und lecker.

Ingen spa eller pool

Vi valgte netop dette hotel, så vi kunne bade i de mange pools der er vidst på billederne, men da vi kom frem var de under renovation og lukkede. Vi havde netop glædet os til en svømmetur efter en meget varm dag, men det var så ikke muligt, i stedet henviste de til hotellets sø (som man også ser på billederne), den lå dog 5 km væk.... Der var opstillet en lille blæser på værelset, som på ingen måde kunne køle det ned, så der var frygteligt varmt på værelset. Alt i alt en skuffelse, og hotellet levede bestemt ikke op til vores forventninger...

Würde es wieder buchen.

Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Bett hatte eine super gute Matratze. Das Hotel ist gut und zentral gelegen. Das Spa ist am Abend bis 22:00 Uhr offen. Würde es wieder buchen.
