Receptionist is not doing their job

The wall has lots of scratches and the floor is rough and old. I got some view facing the main road. That is a nice one. Really enjoy the view at night. There were waiting times to request for toilet paper. They just seems not doing a good service. Also, there was one time a driver ask the receptionist to call my room and they said no such a name stay in the hotel. This is ridiculous. The second time a driver ask the receptionist to call me and they did not call me and the driver had to wait for 3 hours at the lobby because he thought I was not ready. Can you believe that...3 hours? A really bad example on how the receptionist neglected their job and not even called my room. Can a management explain what is going on here?

Nice for one or two nights. Good location.

Nice hotel in very good location. Food places around the corner, Mall in walking distance. Beer available at hotel but very expensive. Supermarket with beer within 5 min. Very nice hotel staff. Basic room has no fridge.

It's a good hotel, very comfortable and the service is great. The only thing that can be improved is the maintenance of the hotel. The shower leaks and the button of the AC controller is broken

Staff were helpful & quick to switch rooms for me after the airconditioning in my first room was found to be spoilt. The rooms were small, but decently clean. Hotel is located near Tunjungan Plaza. However my electric kettle was faulty. The shampoo & soap provided also smelled like dish soap, so i was glad i brought some on my own.
