Signs of Bed Bugs

Lifted up sheet and noticed spots of dried blood and also "fluff" at the top of the mattress. Big signs of bed bugs. Called hotel staff who argued with us that it was signs of water stains not bed bugs. We were shifted to another room though. Noticed the following day that the staff just changed the sheets! The old room did not have a window. Hot water was warm. Lots of insects bites around the pool. Poor service at the meals.

Excellent Service

I arrived quite late, but the staff came outside and helped me with my bags without me asking them. They had my details ready for check -in showed me to my room. I had a number of questions about the area and they were very helpful. The wifi wasn't very strong and I was unable to use my computer, I could only use the internet from my phone and it was very slow. The breakfast in the morning was very good and I had a good nights sleep.
