Located in a quiet residential area of Sunrise Beach the home is just a 10 minute stroll to the beach and a short drive to Hastings Street and Noosa Junction. It’s the perfect holiday home for families, plus one furry kid on request!



The Space:

Sleeping up to 8 guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this home offers a large resort-style swimming pool, multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, and everything needed for a comfortable and memorable getaway.



The home centres around a bright open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that flows seamlessly to the outdoor entertaining spaces. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals, while the comfortable living area provides the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the Sunshine Coast.



One of the standout features of the property is the large resort-style swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on warm Queensland days and enjoying the outdoor lifestyle that Noosa is famous for. The fully fenced yard provides a secure space for children to play and for families to spend quality time together outdoors.



Throughout the home, air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure year-round comfort, while unlimited WiFi and a Smart TV with Netflix provide entertainment for guests of all ages.



Families travelling with young children will appreciate the cot and high chair provided for convenience (please bring your own cot sheet). The property also features a fully equipped internal laundry with both a washing machine and dryer, making longer stays easy and comfortable.

A vehicle is recommended to make the most of your stay and explore the Noosa region and wider Sunshine Coast. The property is conveniently located within easy driving distance of Noosa's beaches, shopping precincts, restaurants, and local attractions, making it an ideal base for families and groups.



Public transport options are available nearby, closest bus stop is Pacific Ave near Elanda St, Sunshine Beach. 1300m walk which takes around 20 mins.



The property's central location also makes it easy to explore nearby attractions including Eumundi Markets, Peregian Beach, the Noosa Everglades, and the Sunshine Coast hinterland.



Other Things to Note:

*Dog-friendly property. We are happy to welcome one small to medium sized dog per booking, we have a $50 pet fee per stay - please ask before booking.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings.



*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently. Young adults are welcome when accompanied by a family booking.



*Guests must comply with the Local Council code of conduct, and the general house rules.



*Please note that to stay with us you will be required to complete a guest check-in form prior to arrival. Access details will be provided once this process has been completed.
