Bra standard och Bra service!

Hotel Shafran var ett utomordentligt bra hotell. Bra service och god mat i resturangen. Hotellet lår relativt nära centrum av Sumy, Så man kunde gå dit om man ville. Ca 20 minuters gångavstånd.

Convenient to town centre, good reception staff

Would look for a superior hotel if I visit again. Breakfast was acceptable but not exceptional. I was placed on a room above the laundry which was unacceptable and very noisy in the early hours. Safe box usage was poorly explained requiring use explanation by the manager Overall I was not disappointed

Big hotel, little city, extreme comfort.

The staff could very well be the best in Ukraine. All spoke English well and all of them will do everything possible to make your stay great! I think this is the only property I have ever stayed at in Ukraine with food service where the wait-staff actually waits on you properly. Stay again? - Oh Yea and I recommend it highly!

Well worth a stay!

A very pleasant stay. Hotel far better than I expected. It was great value especially compared to English hotel prices. Staff were helpful and it was nice to receive a free token for a beverage from behind the bar on arrival. Overall a good experience. Hope to stay again soon.)
