Direct Oceanfront Cottage-Sunrise View- #2,

These cottages are not fancy, but clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for your boat trailer and public ramp just around the corner. We have 2 cottages on this property. This is unit #2 which is a 2 bedrooms with 1 bath (see below for layout).

Also please view our other unit which is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath which is VRBO listing #791238 for features and availability.

You're in the tropics... listen to the waves, rest, relax or fish, kayak and snorkel, if you wish to lose a few pounds. Sunrise view, ocean breezes. Fully furnished, linens, cable/internet. Kiki's restaurant and bar within walking distance. Shuttle to Key West at the end of the street. Come and stay with us, you're sure to have a wonderful vacation.

This unit is a 2 bedroom, 1 Bath. PLEASE NOTE: The 2nd bedroom is small. It has 2 twin beds in the room. We recommend that the 2nd bedroom be for children only. Also the one bathroom is only accessible through the master bedroom.

Beautiful View

My husband and I enjoyed the peacefulness of the area, the beautiful view, the prime location for great places to eat and things to do, the short drive to Key West and Bahia Honda. The cottage was clean, the bed comfy and all was as described. Susan was quick in responding to any questions we had. We will stay here again, I’m sure.

Great location

The location and views are great. It was a comfortable stay. There were some deferred maintenance items which were shared with the property manager. Completion of these items will greatly enhance the experience at the property and make it a '10' rating.

Family vacation

The place is in a great location, close to key west and other attractions. However, the place is outdated and it didn’t look like it was recently cleaned; it was good for what we needed which it was a short family vacation down in the Keys.

Great little place on the ocean

We loved our stay here in the Keys. This place had all we needed and beds very comfortable. The Tiki bar down the road was our favorite place to eat and ride our bikes up for an afternoon Margarita. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Perfect Getaway

This was a great spot in the Middle Keys. Very quiet and was nice to have a private spot to sit and relax by the water. I think the listing and previous reviews are accurate. Nothing fancy but had what we needed and location was great for exploring and some great places to take a morning walk within a short driving distance. We would stay again.

What a perfect little getaway for us! The accommodations were just right for what we were looking for. Great location, close to the Key West area, yet near Marathon too! Very beachy atmosphere, wonderful breezes, quiet, lovely!

Nice Place

Nice quiet place to lay your head, while you enjoy the beauty of The Keys. Its has everything I need in-between adventures around the islands. 2nd time I've stay here and sure it won't be the last. Kiki's has the best food around.

Never want to leave!

We were so happy with the beautiful quaint home on a quiet property. It is in a small residential area with water access. Everything was perfect and we didn’t want to leave.

Keys Trip

Quaint little (actually spacious) cottage on waterfront. Easy access and enough off the beaten path where your solitude isnt interrupted. Gorgeous sunrise view. It was nice to have in-house washer/dryer. My only suggestion would be to add an outlet plug with USB ports. Bang for buck it was well worth it!

Key explorers

We two tourists from cold states spent four nights in this quaint, cosy cottage on the water. Weather did not conspire for us to take advantage of the snorkel and beach possibilities, but we had great fun exploring the offerings of Key West (1/2 hr +) and nearby nature sites. A comfortable stay, excellent communications and customer care, and a good base.

Home away from home

I stayed in cottage number two closest to the water.. We arrived early and we're able to get early check-in, which made our life a lot easier. The cottage had all the necessities.. Grocery store is very close.. What I really enjoyed about this cottage. Was it was secluded And clean.. I would recommend this cottage to anyone who was looking to get away from the daily life

Great location on the water. Small place but very comfortable. The only caveat is the bath is en-suite to one of the rooms, so you have to walk through a bedroom to use the bath. Landlord responded immediately to our only problem, adding to the comfort in your stay.

Girls Key West Adventure

The cabin location and cleanliness were great. However, several of the outdoor chairs were damaged/broken causing unstable seating options. The window AC unit in the second bedroom ran but did not cool sufficiently and the kitchen had no unit and since it was located on the south side of the cabin, it was very warm and stuffy. It could benefit from additional maintenance.
