This is a great place to stay while in Stockton. It is the city of Stockton that is a bad place to stay.

The hotel was nicely renovated and the rooms are well clean. The staff was friendly and helpful to the guest. The hotel was centrally located in downtown Stockton with easy access to the movie theater and nightlife.

This is a well remodeled and up-to-date hotel. The only problem is that it’s in downtown Stockton. One of the worst places in all of California.

Worst Hotel in Stockton

I had a horrible stay. I was scared for my life during the late night hours. When I arrived the front desk lady only spoke Spanish and was not able to help me find my room. I had to have a person staying there help me. There were people screaming all night. It seems like people on drugs use this place to stay at. Do not stay here at all. I was up til 3 am because of all of the noise. Would love a refund.

Terrible smoke smell.

Unfortunately we had to check out a day early because the smell of smoke was so pervasive. It was a non-smoking room but the smell permeated my clothes. (Plus the room had an ashtray; you would think the cleaner would notice that.)

OK For the Price.

For basic accommodations it was fine. Fairly spartan looking room but had a mini-fridge and microwave plus a nice sized TV. The walls seemed to be thin and it was a bit noisy. My next door neighbor had the TV on past midnight and my upstairs neighbor was up at 5:15 am. The motel is on a busy street so there is traffic noise as well. The staff were very nice and the little restaurant on the premises is very good! No ice machine was a bit of a bummer. Easy to get to the freeways or any downtown location.

Honestly, pictures are a bit deceiving. Walked out my car and was already being cat called by workers fixing the hotel. We didn’t even check into our room because the place and location was disgusting. We decided to lose our $100 booking and book somewhere else instead of here.
