Would not say again but cheep

Run down hotel water coming from kitchen ceiling on to the electric cooker that made it trip tv broken but was replaced water did not get sorted even when reported he can but it still leaked. It is clean and frequently room cleaning pool area is ok clean good sun spot. Area is dirty but plenty of local shops and places to eat I would not stay again

Poor apartment broken tv leak from ceiling in kitchen that went on to the electric cooker I reported it and a person came but did not fix it. Tv was replaced with another with only 2 channels. Overall it is dated and needs a massive refurbishment.

Good but hard to judge accuratly

judging the service isn't easy because o all the covid stuff but because the hotel was shutting down a lot f services weren't done as well as they could because they were laying off staff and basically shutting down areas of the hotel. All in all under normal circumstances I think this hotel would be really good to stay at and I think I would probably recommend it but I wouldn't rate my experience here as highly as i did their sister hotel the San Anton

It was dirty, outdated, and just disappointing. Very unhygienic, and the food was unappetising and the restaurant was filthy and unsuitable to eat in. There was rotten food in the luggage room, and the lighting was very bad - it was difficult to get across the courtyard to the room because there were no lights. The swimming pool was dirty, and the facilities looked very outdated. The lift was small and could barely fit 3 people. The actual room was very disappointing, there were stains on the bedsheets and the bath had hair and dirt in it. The windows and doors didn’t lock properly and we felt unsafe in our room. Overall, a very disappointing hotel.

Kamer was vies, gordijn en sprei zaten vlekken op, werd in 5 minuten ‘schoongemaakt’ bed rechtgetrokken en eenmaal in de 10 dagen werd de wasbak schoongemaakt. Balkon werd niet geveegd. Ontbijt was prima maar bestek en brood en drinken werd te laat aangevuld, moest je lang op wachten. Koelkast werd vies aangeleverd en zouden we €20 voor moeten betalen. Uiteindelijk was deze gratis. Ligging prima, dit was onze tweede keer hier. Vorige keer was in juli 2018 en was het stukken beter hadden toen geen ontbijt gewoon logies. Personeel was toen en nu vriendelijk. Zwembaden prima beetje gedateerd maar voldeed prima. Gaan er niet nog een keer naar toe.

Almost, but not quite - still satisfactory!

We had a three night "long weekend" in Malta and looked for a decent stay with decent price and that is exactly what we got. No bells, no whistles, and were overall satisfied. Interestingly, hotel fulfills all you needs "almost, but not quite", leaving you the odd feeling that with a little extra effort and investment they would make you fully satisfied. But no: th ebreakfast is almost ok, and some stuff run out before it is over. Room was clean and roomy, but noise from the pool when other guests are singing till midnight made me miss better windows. Shower had hot water, sure, but at some point there was no cold water. There is no minibar in the room or hooks in the toilet. And on on. Getting to our room was an experience of its own. There seems to be two reception but ours was closed for winter (?) so we needed to go through a real maze when coming and going: Past the reception, right the stairs (much faster then using the eletavor to get one floor down), then round the elevator shaft and right to the inside patio, stairs aodn, across the patio, stairs up to the across building, then - as far as I recall - right and left and stairs down (or elevator, one floor), continue left and then left until you are at the pool area, cross the pool area and find your entry on the left and then go in right, and take the elevator up. Or us the stairs, risking that you will find the door leading to your floor locked. No, there were no signs telling where to go :-) . Anyway, good stay!

Stay away from this dump

Absolutely terrible experience. It was 100 degree and no working AC. Very very loud non working AC. I asked for a different room and was told all rooms were the same. I left for a tour when I returned the AC was leaking some black stuff and some AC parts had fallen out. I demanded a new room. Received another room and no AC unit working their either. Stay far away from this dump.
