"Probably the best location in St Paul’s bay. Just off the main busy tourist area. Lovely pool area, plenty of sun beds. Beds were comfy and balcony overlooking the pool and the bay. Breakfast was good, and plenty of it. As with all buffets a bit of pot luck as to how fresh the hot food was when you turn up. The only issue preventing me giving the hotel an outstanding review was the maintenance. Considering this was the start of the season it seems that little work had been done on maintenance....

"Super challenging to find, signage is tiny and was a difficult place to locate. No clear directions on how to find the place or signage. Overall, place was spacious, clean and had everything a family needs for a comfortable stay. Lots of noise from delivery staff that hang out on the front steps and just outside this place smoking pot and other vapes. Other guests a noisy and no consideration for other guests. "This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. "For some reason every shower we have been in Gozo has leaked all over the bathroom floor. The toilet paper here is cheap and very scratchy. The reception is not 24 hours. Oh parking is a total nightmare. We were there five days and only once did we manage to park close to the hotel and that was luckily on the last day. "Von beginn an waren wir begeistert! Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang freundlich und aufmerksam, erklärten einige Dine wie Frühstück und das nutzen vom Spa. Unser Zimmer war top, mit allem ausgestattet was Mann/Frau braucht und auch kostenlose Bademäntel waren vorhanden. Beim Frühstück war alles da, was man sich wünschte und noch mehr (frisch zubereitetes Omelett 🤗). Nach dem ersten Tag brauchte ich auch unsere Zimmernummer nicht mehr nennen, weil der Concierge Herr Nevadin alles sich gemerkt hat…...
