value for money, neat, clean.

neat, clean. please note that hot water available from 7-10am, 7-10pm. we had a great stay, food was excellent. booked half board, was a good idea.

I saw the place and I ran away from Srinagar

I had the idea Srinagar it will be a very nice place to enjoy 4 days, but the town look like a war zone area, I have traveled too many places in India and I never felt so scare from the locals.

Rooms OK but Food and restaurant service pathetic

Pros: - Rooms were very clean and mattress quite comfortable - Bathroom was also very clean and well equipped Cons: - Restaurant staff was not up to the mark - Food was bad and service was sloppy - Had to order one thing multiple times before we actually received it - Breakfast menu was lacking fruits which is standard in many hotels - Fruit juice kept during breakfast had water mixed in it

A very nice and pleasant experience staying in the hotel. Very friendly, reliable and helpful staff.

Property on main road within 5 mins of dal lake

Overall a decent hotel, recently renovated. Property was neat and Staff was helpful. However, some incorrect information on Expedia as hotel does not have wifi in the rooms (only available in lobby). Additionally, no central heating in the rooms which means you have to use traditional room heater (though it's convenient). Warm water provided through boiler and hence not available 24 hours. Hotel is 5 mins walk from the dal gate but the stretch gets dark post 7 pm in winters and you wouldn't feel comfortable stepping out post that.
