Nice and close to the Palace and port. Helpful and courteous staff. Helped arrange a 4:30 AM ride to the airport for a reasonable price.

The room was very nice, all amenities were good and clean. the location to downtown as great, just a few minutes walk. The only minor downside was not having someone at the front desk throughout the day, you have to call ahead to let them know what time you're arriving so someone can meet you there. But they were very helpful and took care of us very well

Lovely room and amazing staff.

Such an amazing location to stay in, so close to so many amazing restaurants and a short walk to the beaches! The room was clean and modern and Toma was so helpful. Very easy to contact him over WhatsApp when we arrived late he was waiting for us! Would definitely recommend staying here.

A GREAT place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Stonemason Heritage. It’s close, walking distance to city center, very clean, they’re efficient with checking in, (we arrived 10:30 in the morning by train, soaked, in a pouring rain, they were so kind that they finished our room cleaning extra speedy and let us occupy it right then, instead of making us wait till 15:00.) Toma was super helpful with everything, including suggestions about activities. We loved this hotel!❤️

Superb accommodation and great service

Absolutely wonderful stay, we were greet at the agreed time by Toma who was very friendly and helpful, showed us evreything we needed to know about the hotel and gave us plenty of local information that might be of interest to us. The room was superb, clean and new-looking with great facilities, bathroom and shower. Couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodtion and the personal service.
