Super comfortable, very central

Very comfortable, lovely room and was clean. Had everything we needed. Breakfast and the pool was a walk away which we weren’t expecting but not a problem. Breakfast was very good

It was a good stay. But the pool was another building, so it was inconvenient. We chose the hotel for the pool and didn't use it because you have to walk 5-10min.

Generally good but a few issues

The main hotel and pool were really nice. Unfortunately, we were put in a room just over 5 minutes from the hotel, which didn’t feel the same. The room also had a normal window in the bathroom which could been seen through by neighbours, which was a bit weird. Generally it was a good experience, but I feel that the room being separate to the main hotel is bizarre

Excellent Hotel

Excellant stay, the room was brilliant. The staff at the hotel were friendly, welcoming and willing to help out at anytime helping take the bags to the room, booking resturants and arranging Taxi's from the airport. Would 100% recommend and visit again

Séjour passé dans une chambre économique de l'hôtel. Nous avons été placé dans la chambre n°8 située non pas dans le bâtiment de l'hôtel mais dans le cabanon en rez-de-chaussée entre l'accueil et la piscine. Nous n'avons pas pu ouvrir la fenêtre durant tout le séjour, celle-ci donnant directement sur la piscine et les transats situés à 2m. C'est bruyant et des personnes vont se baigner dans la nuit. Pas de réception après 22h. Pas de wi-fi fonctionnelle dans cette chambre. Pas de petit déjeuner dans l'hôtel mais dans un restaurant plus loin. Attention, si vous demandez à la personne en charge du ménage de ne pas passer pendant un jour elle ne repassera pas du séjour. Avantage : pouvoir sauter dans la piscine depuis la fenêtre. A 133 euros la nuit nous nous attendions à une meilleure prestation. Déçus.

This was clean and comfortable. The only downside was it was quite a hike up to our room. When booking the luxury rooms know that they are small and not attached to the hotel. Overall a lovely stay though.

Perfekt läge och komfort

Läget var helt perfekt! Väldigt nära till strandpromenaden Riva, många bra restauranger i området och närhet både till parken Marjan och palatset. Man checkar in på ett ställe och sedan följer receptionisten med en till rummet som ligger några gator bort. Rummet var toppmodernt och kändes helt nyrenoverat. Duschen var härlig, men badrummet något trångt. Väldigt bra att det fanns vattenkokare och kyl så att man enkelt kan fixa frukost själv. Det enda negativa med rummet var att det var branta, smala trappor i huset innan man nådde rummet, vilket var jobbigt när man hade mycket bagage.

This is a great spot. We rented two rooms for our family and everyone was comfortable. The rooms were clean and recently renovated. The location is great. Very convenient for everything we wanted to do in Split.

Great Charm

Very comfortable, clean and close to the activity in Old Town, Sea and wonderful restaurants. Anna was there to help with our luggage. A wonderful experience for our first night in Splint.

Perfect place to stay at Split

Staying in Split old town has its charms, our room at the Agava luxury rooms were in this small alley, third floor room was quiet from the street noises and couldn't have been in better place to go out and explore the city. The staff was superb and helped out us in any way possible

A hotel you should stay in

The hotel is brand new, and they have done an amazing job with it! The staff were wonderful - very helpful and sweet to my kids, and they also helped us with their knowledge of the local area. We will be back!

Had a wonderful experience at Luxury Rooms Agava! We were picked up from the airport through one of their airport transfers and were dropped off to our hostess right at the apartments. Our hostess was lovely and was very accommodating of our check-in/check-out nights. The room is equally lovely and located right in the heart of Old Town Split. Couldn't ask for a better location or place to stay. 10/10 would recommend.
