We booked this hotel last minute due to an unpleasant stay of the original stay, and have to stay it’s 100% worth the extra money spent - great hospitality, with comfortable, spacious and clean room. There’s no elevator but the staff moved our luggage from ground floor to our room. The reception even managed to handle a system error by Expedia in a considerate manner. 10 out of 10 without doubt.

Cozy small hotel near everything

Great hotel and friendly staff. Outside the building looks like you are in the wrong place but inside it gets better. We had a ride booked from airport to the hotel via hotels.com chat. Fast response time from hotel and they had a child seat in the car for us. Hotel is in the 3rd floor without and elevator and the staff helped with our luckages Breakfast was the best I have had and you can eat it in your room without extra charge. 5min walking distance from old town and beach. If you have a kid that can walk stairs this hotel is perfect. There is super market next to the hotel

The location was great, and the staff's hospitality was wonderful. Especially Ivana, who checked me in and gave a great explanation of the city layout, as well as good dinning and site seeing suggestions. A Great Stay. Highly Recommend

Our stay at Heritage Hotel Split was nothing short of amazing. The location is right in the centre of Split which made it convenient and within walking distance of the old town and promenade area. Staff were friendly and helpful with all our questions on where to go and where to eat. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again when we are Split.

The staff at this Property=Heritage Hotel are awesome. Personal Concierge answered all my questions every day regarding the city of Split, Croatia with tips where to go what to do and eat and shop along with activities all with a big smile! Great local restaurants and a Grocery store within 200-400 meters as well as the main shopping tourism area and seaside promenade. Clean room-jet tub in the room. Great Boutique Hotel - walking distance to Promena

Had a fantastic stay that we booked last minute. Public Parking spot adjacent to the property was a lifesaver. Mario carried our (heavy) bags up 4 flights!! 5 minute walk to the promenade and all attractions. Room was beautifully stylized and very comfortable. Got 2 great restaurant recco's. HIGHLY RECOMMENDL

Great stay! Felt safe! Loved the bathtub with sounds of sea. Heaven…. Great view of Riva! One minor suggestion - Use a single mattress for a double size bed instead of 2 small. That made it quite uncomfortable to sleep in. Honestly though, great stay.

Wonderful new hotel. Historic building has been updated and modernized for charming little hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive and helpful. Communication was excellent to help guide you to hotel. Staff went out of their way to assist any way they could such as packing up breakfast options as I had early trip planned. Easily walkable from train station and to all of the local sights. Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Hotel location is perfect, less than 5 mins walk to the Old Town and the beach. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Always checking to see if we need anything. They reached out to me by whatsapp after I booked online and offered to help plan exursions etc. They are very friendly and helpful. They let us leave our luggage in the hotel after checkout as we had a night flight. When we got back to the hotel, they had loaded our luggage into their taxi and drove us to the airport, allowing us to use their bathrooms to freshen up before hand. The hotel was immaculate. The room was very well presented, and the bathroom was great with the jacuzzi bath, twinkling lights on the ceiling and even a built in speaker that plays relaxing beach waves! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return if i am in Split again.

Brand new hotel in prime location

This stay was an awesome experience. As a frequent traveler I can only say this is best class. Immediately after booking I received a welcome email asking if I needed directions or any other information, very impressive. At check in I was welcomed extremely warm and friendly, the staff took my luggage and walked me up the unique and gorgeous stairway of the hotel. Very impressive building (I think over 150 years old). The room is breathtaking, great design and decor, the most comfy bed I ever slept in, no noise from outside (great soundproof) although located in the center (oldtown). And last but not least, the bathroom, wow, just wow. Jacuzzi tub for 2, light and soundtherapy (ocean sounds), extremely clean and neat. Definitely the most beautiful place I stayed with the most beautiful staff. Thanks to the staff, I will be back for sure and I wish you all the best for your business because you deserve it bigtime. Experience 20/10
