立地条件は悪くない

駅からはやや離れているが、徒歩圏内。Thermes de SPAに近く、Carrefour expressも近くにあり立地条件はいい。ホテルはやや老朽化しておりエレベーターがなく狭い階段でスーツケースを持って3階の部屋まで上がるのは大変だった。部屋はダブルベッド1台で大型スーツケースを2つがぎりぎり広げられたが通ることもできないくらいの狭さだった。シャワーあり、バスタブなし、プラカップ2個、シャンプーリンスボディソープが一緒になったものがある。他、歯ブラシ、冷蔵庫、湯沸かし器、スリッパはない、枕元に電源あり。値段相応と思われる。

Für normale Ansprüche ausreichend. Das Frühstücksbüffet könnte etwas besser sein, ansonst ok. Im Restaurant am Eingang die Steaks sehr gut.

Dagelijks naar de zaak ernaast om mijn kamer op temperatuur te krijgen. Deze was xaan de acheterzijde van het huis en keek uit op dode grijze muren en daken. Geen hotel maar een aantal kamers zonder faciliteiten van een lounge of bar. Kortom niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Men sprak er enkel Frans.

Trop cher pour un hotel vieillot

80€ c'est trop cher pour une chambre désuète du 3ème étage sans ascenseur, radiateur rouillé, peinture écaillée, vinyl déchiré, petite douche à rideau sans mitigeur, l'hotel a besoin d'être rénové, à moins de proposer des prix bien plus bas. Au petit déjeuner, produit périmé, pomme totalement pourrie, fruits tachés, yaourt avec une validité de 6 mois. Par contre il est très bien placé au centre de Spa sur une petite place près du funiculaire.

De kwaliteit van de service.

Bij aankomst werd er niets gecontroleerd, kleine douche/toilet ruimte. Matrassen zakten door. Zweterige dekbedden. Bij uitchekken werd er een rekening voorgelegd om te voldoen terwijl kamer was betaald bij boeking, werd behoorlijk moeilijk gedaan niet echt klantvriendelijk. Uiteraard niets betaald.
