"Hotel Encanto several times over the years and it is the best hotel in southern New Mexico. Get an east facing room with a view of the Organ Mountains and enjoy the sunrise. The restaurant is good, exercise room is fine, the staff is always amazing, there's even a gift shop with a pair of Zia socks I had to have. And you are only a 20 minute drive from some beautiful hikes in the mountains."

"The hotel not only offer a fantastic breakfast, but dinner “snacks” in the evening as well which included a chicken and pasta dish, hot dogs or nachos! Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. "

"The staff was amazing. Answered lots of questions about the city and restaurants. Always had a big smile!"

"The room was super clean.. the guy at the front was more worried about chatting with the girl coming in then communicate with us. The pool was dirty and that was the reason we booked hotel so we had to clean it ourselves with skimmer. We eventually just swam somewhere else. The breakfast was delicious and the lady attending was super kind. Overall not horrible but not great…"
