Lovely Hotel with Spa

The room was ok the bed was very comfortable. The only thing is it was all a bit dated but that seems to be a theme in France and Italy. The spa is ace and the masseuse was extremely good. All the staff were superb and the bargirl was excellent.

Amazingly friendly check in, Swedish lady called Kimberly, who also gave me good advise where to eat etc. Only weird thing was the pillows, which felt like they were made of/stuffed with paper? Very strange.

The setting was amazing with beautiful lake Jenni’s the hotel. BUT…1: our room was very dirty and not cleaned from previous occupant. It was changed quickly but rather a shock. 2: 2nd room was OK but when I asked for an extra pillow the one they gave us was dirty and had footprints on it. Also kettle and ceiling fan did not work. The hallway carpets were badly stained in places. Overall it was disappointing because the write up by previous users was good. Good point: Parking was convenient just opposite hotel- although there was a cost. The reception staff were mortified by our series of issues- and it wasn’t their fault I guess. Bar/restaurant staff were great. We were given two complimentary drinks because of all the mishaps. We might hesitate to return,

Fabulous hotel.The beach view from our hotel room was lovely.Very friendly staff.The hotel restaurant had lovely views onto the garden and beach.Breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice.Dinner in the restaurant was fabulous although expensive.Would definitely stay here again

Great hotel, hot room

We love hotel du parc and visit every year for a short stay. However our room this year had no air con, or even a fan. It was tremendously hot and made sleeping difficult.

The hotel is perfectly located on the lake shore It is worth asking for a room with the lake view as you will be able to enjoy the sunset The jacuzzi/hammam/sauna was a great treat There was no mini bar in the room but the staff offered to keep some item in their fridge

The hotel is in need of major renovation, the bed was tiny, the spa was disgusting and full of water everywhere, the staff wasn't so nice. It barely deserved $100 a night, for $250 a night, it was a joke.

Dreadful stay

The worst two nights in a hotel in my entire life. Hot small room fan did not work on day one. Reception told us to wait til morning for a fix. Second day fan still ineffective to cool the room. Opening the window just meant smoke from people on the terrace below wafted in. Hotel were not interested in fixing the problem. Also no shower gel in the room as the hotel had “run out”. We spent as little time in the hotel as a result. I won’t return here.

Toujours un très bel établissement. Un petit loupé lors de la réservation via la plate-forme hôtels.com, mais qui va se résoudre. Attention toutefois, la baignoire de notre salle de bains (chambre 1121) n’était pas très propre. En revanche, le personnel est très agréable, serviable, et cherchant la satisfaction des clients. L’espace SPA est très agréable. La partie restauration de bonne qualité. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Hôtel privatisé pour un mariage aux mêmes dates, la moindre des choses était de nous prévenir par mail ou SMS avant notre arrivée: le bar ne pouvait pas servir les clients hors mariage -> une honte. La chambre: très chaud (pas de clim), vue sur les poubelles.
