Very nice and clean, while the closest beach was only 2 minutes walking. The beach clean and with sparkling waters. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back !

Great location close to the beach and a 20 min walk to the Town. Nice owner and good cleaning, especially after the mess my kids make! Apartment had everything that was needed and was very nicely furnished. I look forward to coming back again!

Lovely appt, short walk out of town, 2 bus stops and bus service every 10-15 mins all day and in to the early hrs of the morning. Literally cross the road to the beach and a couple of beach bars very nearby with a good half a dozen restaurants just a little further along the beach

Love this property, the bedding n towels are changed every other day, katrina is so lovely , the view from our appointment was wow, walking distance is sound. The only thing i would say is it's up quite a steep slope n steps , so u need 2 be quite agile

Great location, close to the beach (though up a steep hill) with frequent buses. Katerina was lovely and kept our room spotless. I’m sure this property was very lovely in the past, but it now feels tired and misleading compared to the photos. Sea view was limited, outside looked unwelcoming, and the room had several issues: broken drawer, faulty taps, balcony door hard to lock, bedroom door wouldn’t shut, and very uncomfortable pillows. WiFi was unreliable. Check-in and airport transfer were confusing and poorly communicated – we had no response from the property or Expedia beforehand, which made for a stressful arrival. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The location and cleaning were positives, but the property is run down and poorly managed. Sadly, a 2-star stay for us.

Perfect place to stay on Skiathos

The best place to stay on Skiathos! Room was wonderful, with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchenette, and lovely balcony with a view of the sea. It was a 30 second walk to a beach with gorgeous turquoise water in addition to a 25 minute walk into town. I can’t say enough great things about the staff who not only were super helpful with the check in and transfer from the port to the hotel, but drove me back to the port for my early ferry when leaving. After checkout, when I realized I left my passports in the hotel safe, Nina went far out of her way to return them to me safely. I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel and the lovely staff!

Soggiorno piacevole! Accoglienza Top con transfer da e per aeroporto gratuito e gradito omaggio da parte di Nina, la gentilissima proprietaria (parla anche Italiano!). Un ringraziamento speciale a Caterina, la signora che si occupa della pulizia delle stanze, sempre disponibile e sorridente! Stanze belle e confortevoli, zona esterna poco curata. Bella vacanza!!!

Appartamento su una piccola altura con vista eccezionale. Titolare sig.ra Nina molto gentile e disponibile, responsabile delle pulizie sig.ra Caterina molto efficiente. Manca poco per il voto pieno: il bagno, davvero essenziale, avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccolo ritocco, il climatizzatore è un pò rumoroso. Tuttavia, siamo stati davvero bene.

La vacanza è stata stupenda. Il letto matrimoniale molto comodo, quello per il bambino invece era una tavola (anche se mio figlio non l'ha sofferto). Lo studios è fresco anche se siamo andati in un periodo di caldo torrido. Vi è anche un condizionatore. Le pulizie vengono fatte ogni due giorni con relativo cambio biancheria. La struttura è vicinissima alla spiaggia di Ftelia/Megali Ammos e a 200 metri dalla stazione 5 degli autobus che portano sulle spiagge più carine. Noi abbiamo usufruito del servizio autobus senza fittare auto/moto. Si è a 1.5 km dal centro città che raggiungevamo a piedi facendo una passeggiata. L'unico vero handicap è che gli studios (il nostro era l' orange) sono a 100 metri circa dalla strada principale. 100 metri di salita molto ripida. E poi durante il giorno le cicale abbondano...

La propriataria la signora Nina parla italiano ed è molto gentile. Al nostro arrivo ci ha offerto una bottiglia di acqua fresca e un vasetto di deliziosa marmellata. La signora Caterina che si occupa delle pulizie è sempre sorridente e disponibile. Cambio biancheria ogni 2 giorni. Camere pulite, luminose e spaziose. Ampio balconcino. C'era tutto ciò che serviva. Inoltre c'è una bella spiaggia sotto casa

Mi è piaciuta la vista, abbiamo avuto problemi con il condizionatore prima non funzionava e dopo una notte senza poterlo usare è ripartito, dopo 3 giorni è diventato rumoroso, secondo me è da sostituire... Non c'è stata nessuna compensazione per il disagio

Студиото беше голямо и чисто. Оборудването беше базово, но подходящо за целта. Проблем беше разминаването със снимките със реалността. Нямаше гледка към морето, а изглед към сградата отпред, която беше разположена на 2 метра пред стаята. Имаше много стълби за изкачване, което не беше споменато в обявата.

la struttura non aveva niente di speciale, camera spartana povera di mobiletti per riporre gli indumenti,il bagno orribile con doccia chiusa da una tenda di plastica che si appiccicava continuamente durante il lavaggio,gli asciugamani duri come carta vetrata,per raggiungere l'appartamento c'erano 100 metri di salita molto ripida,distante dal centro e per andarci bisogna prendere un taxi con 10 euro a corsa, dimenticate il pulman non si ferma nemmeno perche' sempre pieno .
