"Absolutely beautiful property"

"Absolutely amazing from start to finish. This property is outside the bustling city center, so it is calm and peaceful at night. I had a balcony room, which was comfortable and spacious. The delicious breakfast is a buffet if there are enough guests, or made to order if not. I attended yoga class at the sister property every morning and took full advantage of the amazing, well priced spa. But the best part is the staff, who went above and beyond to help arrange transportation for me and even called my next hotel to confirm my reservation. I would gladly stay here again!"

"One of the best hospitality experiences I have ever had in the world. It starts with the hotel’s location, right in the middle of a bustling bazaar, where the magic begins. The ceremonial welcome is a clear sign that something special awaits. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located on the waterfront of the Ganga River. The rooms are elegant and comfortable. The hotel offers a variety of unique experiences and tours—don’t miss them. The restaurant is one of the highlights of the stay. The staff is attentive and highly professional. Mr. Manan is very friendly and knowledgeable; I was truly impressed by him. Chef Gaurav is extremely talented and detail-oriented, and Mr. Ankit consistently ensures that everything runs smoothly. Unfortunately, I don’t recall the name of the General Manager, but he is without a doubt one of the best I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry."

"Moshams was like being in a home with the most beautiful nature and elegance. We were made to feel very welcome and at home immediately and this continued for our stay. "We stayed for a week at Anand Kashi and had an excellent experience. Vijay (and initially Saurabh) at the reception took good care of us starting from our check-in and throughout our stay. We took their car for sightseeing and chauffeur Devender was very knowledgeable about all the local places and provided us excellent service. Pankaj/June and Chef Rajendar at the restaurant really catered to our culinary needs. Nikhil at Security provided us protection from the monkeys which I can say is the only negative at the resort. Even though we had a balcony with an excellent view of the Ganges, we had to be watchful of our surroundings as wild monkeys would appear all of a sudden. The resort folks do try to chase them away but they would come back occasionally. So, having food sitting on the balcony is a definite “no”. The view from the resort is truly breathtaking and to be a part of Ganga Aarti every evening is divine. Overall, we highly recommend stay at this resort."

"It was wonderful experience staying at ellbee, staff was efficient and courteous. Vijay was very helpful and extended his help and every way possible. He took is for Aarti which added feather on our trip. Overall every staff member was genuinely helpful and respectful, food was excellent with super service. Will definitely recommend to other people."
