Prettig verblijf in rustig dorp

Kamer op de 2e etage, basic en wat gedateerd maar wel schoon en comfortabel, douchecabine in redelijk ruime badkamer. Flatscreen tv en tafeltje met 2 stoelen. 2 nachtkasten. Geen koelkast, wel wifi. Incl heel goed en uitgebreid ontbijt met grote kan koffie. Om thee kun je vragen. Ontbijt wordt hygiënisch klaargemaakt. Er is weinig parkeerplaats op het terrein zelf, maar om de hoek kan men gratis parkeren. Eventueel kan men dineren in het restaurant ernaast (Alt Einruhr) met een degelijke gutbürgerliche Küche. Let op, de keuken sluit om 1930u. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

Leider war die Pension recht schmutzig. Überall in den Ecken waren Spinnweben und tote Fliegen. Die Ausstattung (Möbel) sind super billig. Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht. Die Brötchen locker vom Vortag, alles stand schon sehr lange auf meinem Tisch, obwohl ich der erste beim Frühstück war. Alles Zutaten waren in kleine Plastikverpackungen. Es gab nichts Frisches, kein Obst, Müsli etc. Selten für 80 Euro die Nacht so enttäuscht gewesen

Zustand des Zimmers war völlig ok

Der Empfang war schon sehr unfreundlich und unpersönlich. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass die Inhaber völlig überfordert waren. Frühstück alles in Plastik abgepackt, niemand war persönlich vor Ort.

Grosse déception

Accueil glacial la personne nous a donné le numéro de chambre et on ne la plus vue jusqu'au départ. Les draps jaunis et pas assez de couverture mais personne pour demander. Déjeuner correct mais pas régional, 19km de Montjoie, la vue sur le lac est imaginaire. Madame rentre dans la chambre pour couper le chauffage pas le diminuer mais le couper.

Für eine Übernachtung ok. Wir hatten ein Zimmer unter dem Dach, diese sind noch nicht renoviert, daher war die Ausstattung alt aber ok! Bei unserer Ankunft waren leider nicht genug Handtücher im Zimmer und der Teppichbodenwar schmutzig, ebenso wie die fensterbank. Der Rest war sauber....die Heizung funktionierte nicht einwandfrei (müsste mal entlüftet werden). Das frühstück war insgesamt gut, allerdings sah man die Gastgeber währenddessen nicht ein Mal, sodass man sich, wenn etwas leer war durch die schränke suchen musste (es gab kein Buffet wegen corona). Alles in allem kann man sagen, dass die unterkunft für eine übernachtung völlig in Ordnung ist. Mich hat jedoch die Reaktion der gastgeberin gestört, als ich die o.g. Punkte beim check out angesprochen habe. Hier kam lediglich die aussage "oh, da hat das zimmermädchen nicht gut geputzt". Keine Entschuldigung etc. Schade. Eine Renovierung der oberen räumlichkeiten und ein bisschen mehr Offenheit des personals würde Haus Helene gut tun.

Toller Standort in der Eifel /Rursee!

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt direkt am Rursee, die Pension liegt super als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Nationalpark Eifel. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, das Bad sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Pension selbst ist etwas altertümlich, aber die Zimmer echt gut. Das Frühstück ist liebevoll zubereitet. Gerne wieder...
