Private beach is a gem!

Hotel is in a central location so you can walk to markets, restaurants etc.. it’s also located very close to the beach, you just need to cross a street but the best thing about this place is that is has its own beach where they take you by a minibus hourly. This private beach is a gem, quiet yet so beautiful…Sone rooms have been renovated but some are in really worn condition.

I book this property for 1 weeks but when I reach my room I saw on the floor dead bug's, after that I try to open refrigerator but can't even open it because they setup very bad, Tv doesn't work, there is no hand soap just shampoo, doesn't have a kettle and water in a room, I pay for 1 person up the 50 $ a per day for this Hotel no idea how people staying in this property, 1 lady working at reception I don't know her name she's very helpful thanks for her, stay away this property not even 1 star sorry.

Room floor was full of dust the bathroom as well the hotel still under construction not yet ready, and for hot water you have to waste water for 10 minutes to get hot water then suddenly becomes cold and again becomes hot and so on, breakfast was a dish including few pieces of cucumber and tomato and 2 pieces of cheese and small cube of jam and so on however you don't have the choice and in general i don't eat sweet at morning i had breakfast one day only and dropped the second day of my stay, in general i am disappointed, telephone line not working, wifi not fixed yet can't reach the room.

Daha çok pansiyon gibi havası var. Geldiğimizde gece orta alanda bekarlığa veda vardı tüm otel bekarlığa vedaya katılmak zorunda kaldık. Odalar geniş, klimalar yeterli. Fakat fiyatının karşılığını katiyyen vermiyor otel. Kendi park alanı da yok. Çalışanlar yardımsever, fakat çalışanlar dışında övecek pek bir şey yok.

Güleryüzlü elemanlar, temiz bir oda ve terasta mükemmel bir kahvaltı! Club Efes'den memnun ayrıldık. Denize çok yakın. Ana caddeden bir sokak geride olduğu için trafik gürültüsü gelmiyor. Caddede bir çok restoran, kafe, market vs. var. Yaşadığımız tek sıkıntı ses izolasyonu iyi olmadığı için diğer odalardan gürültü gelmesiydi.

Hijyeni çok kötü.

Otele girişte işlemler hızlıca yapıldı.Eşlik eden personel iletişimi iyiydi.Odaya geçtiğimizde tesisat problemi vardı ifade ettik bizi başka odaya aldılar sorunu hızlıca çözdüler.Kahve ikram etmek istediler fakat getirmediler.Odaların hijyeni çok kötüydü.Çarsaf ve yastıklar da tüyler vardı. Kahvaltısı açık büfe ama herşey çok soğuktu.

Temizlik vasatın bile altındaydı. Odalar kaldığımız 3 gün boyunca temizlenmedi ve odaları kötü kokuyordu. Yemek salonu kötü kokuyordu ve maalesef temizlik yönünden kötüydü. Çatal kaşıklarda lekeler bariz görünüyordu. Ana yemekler çok zengin değilvve sınırlıydı. Tatlılar tek kelimeyle sırf tatlı çeşiti var diye konulmuştu. Meyveler güzeldi. Ücretsiz çay servisi sadece kahvaltıda var. Bir otel yarım pansiyon bile olsa çay servisini her zaman ücretsiz yapabilmeliydi.

Otel genel olarak temiz. Odamız da temiz ve genişti. Otel Susanoğlu plajına yürüme mesafesinde ama otelin plaja servisi varmis biz kullanmadık o yüzden hangi plaja olduğunu bilmiyoruz. Akşam yemeği çok güzeldi ev yemeği yediğimizi hissettik ancak kahvaltidan o kadar memnun kalmadık. Kahvaltı ürünleri o kadar kaliteli gelmedi bize. Genel olarak memnun kaldık, tercih edilebilir bir otel.

Das Preisleistungsverhältniss für das Hotel ist schlecht ,was man für den Preis dort erhält.Es fehlt an Hygiene und ein Reinigungsservice sucht man vergebens in den Zimmern.Die Handtücher sind alt und dreckig ,Sie zerfetzen und haben teilweise Löcher und gelbe Flecken.Die Handtücher wurden warscheinlich nie gewechselt.Die Möbel sind alt ,aber das Personel war nett ,manche Zimmer haben keinen Balkon.FAZIT:Außen TOP Innen FLOP.

Öncelikle otelde çalışan personellerden çok memnun kaldık, hepsi çalışkan ve misafirlere karşı güler yüzlü ve saygılılardı. Yemekler genel olarak iyiydi, pandemiden dolayı açık büfeden kendimiz alamadığımız için kuyruk oluşuyordu. Restoranın yanında oyun parkı olması çocuklu aileler için iyi bir seçenek. Susanoğlu halk Plajı çok kirliydi ve kalabalıktı. Otelin kendi planını kullandık hep. Gayet temiz ve sakindi. Plajda sezlonglar yeterliydi. Biz genel olarak memnun kaldık
