"Most amazing hotel stay i’ve ever had! The staff is so helpful and accommodating. They arranged our spa and night safari excursions as well as being available to drive us where we needed. They really made this stay unforgettable and we’re truly so thankful for how comfortable they made us feel. It felt like they really cared about us enjoying our time in Sigiriya The breakfast was delicious, and made with so much care and attention. I really could not recommend this place enough, thank you hungry lion!! What a great place to start our honeymoon with!"

"We came to this hotel on our honeymoon, and from the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted with nothing but kindness. The hotel is so stunning, I service is incredible, the nature is all encompassing and the food is amazing! Would highly highly recommend. Our butler Prasanna was amazing - a special shout out to him and for making our trip so memorable. We would definitely go back!"

"The property is a little remote, its set up nicely as a retreat but didnt suit us. Food took a while to get served. Few insects in the room which made it difficult to sleep. "

"Much nicer than photos show! The pool surrounds and bar area were lovely, perfectly framing Sigiriya Rock. The dining area and breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The shower was a little awkward to negotiate but overall fine. Staff were very friendly. "

"Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful setting. In the middle of the forest, this is a hidden little gem, with lovely spacious clean rooms, exceptionally friendly staff, and a luxury lodge like feel! It was out of season, so the hotel was quite quiet, and we had the pool to ourselves. I imagine this is the perfect spa retreat in peak season! "

"Wow, this place is absolutely amazing and beautiful, with so much wildlife right at your doorstep! You can see elephants, monkeys, peacocks, and tons more. The hotel staff were fantastic too. I’d definitely come back and stay here again. It’s such a beautiful hotel!"

"Lovely setting with pool and beautiful garden. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. I thought this was good value for the price we paid. Areas for improvement: no towles supplied initially (had to ask), lack of toiletries in the room (no hand soap), wifi does not work, food at restaurant quite expensive. We wanted to have two beds but the rooms have inbuilt king beds so there was a small uncomfortable single bed added. No room service unless you ask and provide your key."
