"Staff was superb. As soon as we arrived the staff greeted us with smiles. Friendly and accommodating. The room was excellent and there was hot water for the shower!!!!! Definitely a plus!! Breakfast can use a lot more options but it was sufficient enough to start the day. Definitely recommended."

"The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time. You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that. They know the town of Coron, and local area well. There were a couple of issues with the gents toilet seat and taps, which they weren't able to resolve in our week-long stay. "It wasn't bad for staying alone. However, the rooms are dark and do not have a safe or refrigerator. The hotel wasn't bad because we planned to go out early in the morning and come back in the evening."

"We only stayed 2 days of our week in Coron. Had to ask for the water to be turned on both days to flush toilet or shower. The photo on the website is 20 years old. Room does not look like the photos. We have a person with a walker he couldn’t get into his room because they put their inventory in the hallway and partially block the entrance. We asked they to clear the way but they did not. They say the are PWD friendly. They are not. "
