Wonderful Experience

The hotel was clean, neat, comfortable. A unique ambience and environment, compared to other stays in Shivamogga till now. Since its a new property, it is very well maintained too. Food is also too good for now. hope they maintained the same taste. I would have given them 5 stars, but they refused buggy service to the room, when it was lightly raining in the night. Thy rudely say that, the service is only for check in check outs. They have it on their description that old aged people or who cant walk, will be responsible for their commute within the property, which I personally felt is rude. We didnt travel with any Sernior citizens. But it is a suggestion as I would want the property to flourish well. You r running a hospitality space, and moreover the Owner, as I got to know is a doctor...!!!! Could be more considerate, humble and give the buggy service to the rooms when requested by customers, if ur goal is customer satisfaction. Otherwise, overall, an amazing peaceful stay with top class amenities. Food was really great and the breakfast spread was really awesome...

Had to call for housekeeping for basoc things like toulet paper ( it was almkst over when we entred), body soap ( it was empty when we checkrf in ) I expect these things ahould be checked after guests gone and refill when new guests arrive
