The hotel is very clean and safe. The staff is helpful and cooperative. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and the facilities are good. The cleaners do a great job. The restaurant has a large selection, and the plates are constantly refilled. There are many pools, many bars, many sunbeds and enough umbrellas. The beach can only be reached via stairs! There are a lot of steps, but the coral is beautiful. We would love to go back anytime, we had a great time! A perfect choice in terms of value for money!

An amazing place to stay!

I had an amazing time at Jolie Ville. The staff were super friendly, always on had for anything you need and very accommodating. The whole resort was immaculate and very clean!

This trip was really enjoyable. The hotel's service is great. The staff is fast and helpful. They accommodate our rooms according to what we asked. The view is great especially at night when the weather is cool.

Jollie was well located close to the convention Center so ideal for my trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful to me thanks to some small tips here and there. Generally though, Sharm el sheik is an odd destination so what ever is happening at the resort is it. Jollie as a property is okay but fairly run down. The main building wasn’t nice so I upgraded (for fre) to a newer wing which was lovely, quiet and more spacious. Had I not been able to upgrade my review would have been much more negative

Sharm-el-sheikh stay

This is not a five star hotel as they advert themselves. Maximum rate is three stars. Hotel has been opened since 1998. and not refurbished or redecorated at all. Most of the guests are domestic from different part of Egypt and because of their own restrictions we have experienced bullying by other guests. We have reported that to the staff and managers and they allowed us to dine in the smaller restaurant to prevent us being exposed to starring of other guests. They claim there are eight swimming pools of which one is real swimming pool and others are small connected into one big for Children play. There is no real beach as hotel is on the rocks over the Red Sea. There are docks in the sea with the stairs to enter the sea which is dirty as strong currents bring rubbish from neighbouring areas and countries. Room itself was spacoius (we stayed in Royal Wing), however every morning we were left dirty (or bad washed) towels. Beach towels are your own responsibility and you need to take them with you if you go for lunch otherwise pool guards will remove it and you will be liable for a charge. Food choice is not great, mountains of rice with meat and vegetables, but taste of everything was mean, I doubt freshness of food as both of us got diarrhoea and we were on all inclusive package, but this is far from all inclusive as there are no proper beach or pool bars (they serve only coffee and juices and ice cream at certain times). Internet is chargeable. There is no alcohol.

Grosszügige Zimmer, mit schönem Vorplatz zum Sitzen, grosses Hotelgelände, Essen gut. Musik beim Abendessen sehr laut, nur 2dl Getränke und die Bar war sehr weit vom Zimmer entfernt. Beim Nachtessen zT sehr lange Wartezeit für Getränke (mit dem Essen fertig bis Getränke kamen, wenn diese nicht vergessen wurden), Beachtowels waren bei Anreise schmutzig und wurden nie ersetzt.

Tutto perfetto, soggiorno bellissimo e personale molto gentile e disponibile. In pochi parlano italiano, ma tutti conoscono l’inglese. Abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade gratuito, da camera standard a superior, con vista piscina. La stanza era molto pulita e ampia, i letti comodi e il bagno spazioso. La camera veniva pulita quotidianamente. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la struttura è molto bella e comoda per l’aeroporto, le piscine sono pulite e ben manutenute… Ma ovviamente il punto forte è la barriera corallina raggiungibile da diverse piattaforme sulla spiaggia (tutte dotate di bagnino). Per quanto riguarda il cibo c’è grande varietà al buffet e a noi è piaciuto assaggiare varie specialità. Bisogna però adattarsi, non si trova niente di italiano. Super consigliato!

La struttura era 5 stelle nel 2010. Nelle informazioni sulla struttura dovevano esserci 6 ristoranti..... Aperti solo 2 ( uno alla carta e l'altro dove andavano quelli dell' all inclusive dove si doveva pagare 30 euro a persona anche se mangiavi un' insalata) La camera datata e il bagno aveva i rubinetti arrugginiti. La pulizia della camera molto approssimativa. Non consiglierei questo hotel neanche al mio peggior nemico.

Leider überhaupt nicht für Kinder geeignet. Kein Strand und auch kein Shuttlebus zum Strand. Anlage in die Jahre gekommen, Gartenbereich sehr schön. Wir haben ein Upgrate auf Zimmer bekommen und das hat den Urlaub auf jeden Fall besser gemacht. Essen war ok, Personal sehr freundlich. Man will keine negative Bewertung geben, da das Personal gibt sich sehr viel Mühe, dass die Leute wieder kommen.

Bellissima struttura in un bellissimo posto (su una barriera corallina meravigliosa). Molto servizievoli ma molti non parlano nè l'inglese nè l'italiano. Fortunatamente il buffet era molto vario e qualche piccola pietanza senza spezie e mozzarella (alle quali erano allergiche le ospiti) si trovava sempre. Pasti abbondanti ma non aspettatevi la qualità del cibo italiano. Stanze un po sporche di polvere ma molto grandi. Tutta la struttura era poco curata nei particolari ma comunque risulta molto gradevole.

We have stayed here many times over the years. It has always been excellent. Due to Covid and lower bookings some of the restaurants were closed which is a shame but totally understandable. However the staff went out of their way to make up for this. They provided Lebanese food on one occasion and opened the Tepenaki restaurant twice for us. All the staff were brilliant and a real credit to the hotel. We will be back!
