Staff were polite. Food was terrible. Not much selection and was cold and tasteless. Very clean . Room tidied everyday. Drinks are served in small glasses or plastic.

Overalll very good

It’s a 3* - and very good for that level. The staff were very friendly overall - the service isn’t great - had to go on the hunt for cutlery most meal times. The food was tasty - some days more than others - always found something to eat but we aren’t that fussy - and went out for dinner quite a lot for a change of scene. Entertainment was poor - but we aren’t into that anyway. Rooms big and cleaned every day. Good pool towels - changed each day. Pool areas good - clean and in good condition. Comfy sunloungers. Mainly servicing Egyptian and Russian customers - we liked it and felt very comfortable there. It was a base to sleep and shower while we explored the beaches and did trips. It’s absolutely not a luxury hotel - you’ll need to pay for that. If you want a cheap clean option and actually feel like you are in Egypt then it’s perfect! It was great as an additional cheap holiday to get some sunshine - weather at Easter was fantastic. Sometimes too hot.

Reception should smile!

Unfortunately during my stay in the hotel I have bad experinces but the biggest issue was staff in the reception were not helpful or easy to communicate we can say. People are coming for vacation and would like to see some smiling faces.

Property was ok, sometimes staff were miserable. From what I saw poor hygiene. Just need to be careful. Had a fridge in the room, which was good to keep our fresh fruits. Air con worked well. Only issue was the location, I found it difficult to get public transport or a taxi as the drivers always wanted to over charge us.

In general, a good impression of the hotel in terms of price and quality. there is no early check-in. the list of services provided says that the bar is open 10: 00-24: 00, but it is not written that alcohol is from 12:00, as the barista says. Special thanks to ALLA barista for his friendliness!

Great value for money

Spent one night all inclusive here and for the price I paid none other the other 22 hotels I've stayed at in Sharm can beat it. The rooms are clean and spacious with digitally controlled air conditioning thermostats and satellite TV with BBC World news and English language movie channels . I arrived at the hotel at 4am and check in was quick and efficient. Unfortunately I didn't make it to breakfast but lunch was plentiful with choice of fish, meat, rice, potatoes, veg, soup, salad, fruit etc. All inclusive alcoholic drinks start at middlingay which it at least 1 hour later than other hotels in the area. But overall great value.

Very disapointed

I have stayed at this hotel several times but sadly I will not be returning in a hurry. The staff as always are amazing but the food was awful limited choice and cold, the rooms are tired and in need of decorating, the so called heated pool was colder than the sea. The animation team were lovely people but entertainment was poor. I am sad for the staff because they try so hard.

You get what you pay for

The hotel is OK. It's not the cheapest in the area, but not expensive. It needs a bit of attention around the pool areas as most of the plastic drain covers are broken. This could cause injury if not careful. The food is OK. There are plenty of vegetables, salad and rice, but you get very little meat served to you. A very small piece of chicken that is mostly bone, 2 or 3 pieces of small cubes of beef for dinner. There are 2 pools, one is deep and it would be a good idea to have this one for adults only, as you can't get away from screaming kids, and there are loads of them! The other pool is much bigger with a shallow end. The rooms are nice and clean but the balcony is tiny. Most of the staff are nice, but there are a few who are very annoying and this makes it very unpleasant at times.

Bad ist veraltet, Zimmer größe war ok, Anlage ist sauber und schön, zum Strandabschnitt wird man per kleinen Bus 2 pro Tag gefahren und auch abgeholt-dauer ca 10 min, letze abholung ist um 16:30.Strandabschnitt ist nicht mein fall gewesene, bin immer wo anders hin. Wenn das hotel zu einem günstigen preis angeboten wird, kann man es nutzen. Taxi angebot in die stadt und zurück ist sehr gut sollte ca 150-200ägp kosten.

Hotel güzel havuz bahçe daire bunlar güzel.Fakat resespsiyon dışındaki arkadaşlar hariç barda çalışan arkadaşlar çok saygısız sürekli gülüyorlar ciddi bir şey soruyorsun ve gülüyorlar bu hoş değil . Saygı görmek gerek , saygı duymak için.Onun dışında kahvaltı damak zevkime uymadı.Dünya mutfağı yerine kendi mutfaklarından yemekler yapmışlar ve kahvaltı servis etmişler ne yazıkki beğenemedim.Ama otel çok güzel ve ferah.

Для своей ценовой категории нормальный отель. Небольшая территория с двумя бассейнами. Номера просторные, немного "уставшие", сантехника требует замены или хотя бы тщательного обслуживания. Не забывайте средства от комаров!)

Sono stata alle volte all falcon ma, pur non avendo un ottimo servizio, poteva andare per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Adesso non più. Sono stata li un mese e mi sono pentita di aver pagato tutto in anticipo. Le altre volte prenotavp di settimana in settima e tutto andava bene. L'aria condizionata non ha mai funzionato bene. Pulizia precaria. Servizio ristorante inesistente. Non ci tornerò più

Éviter absolument

Une odeur nauséabonde omniprésente à la réception ainsi’ que dans les allées de l’hotel (Odeur d’egout ainsî que dans la chambre). Le service laisse à desirer, les boissons sont servies dans des gobletets en plastique (très rarement’ des verres)personnel pas aimable. La nourriture laisse vraiment à désirer , tous les jours le même riz était les memes carottes et choux vapeur. Quelques rares jours, j ai eu le droit à des pâtes. Choix très faible et de mauvaise qualité. L’ hygiène laisse à désirer dans tout l’hotel. Des travaux ont été réalisés pendant mon séjour au niveau de la piscine 2 jours de suite. Les plastiques qui permettent d évacuer l’eau ont été retirés pour mettre des dales à la place que tout le tour de la piscine. Ceci a provoqué des grands dégagements de poussière et des debris dans la piscine. De plus, les ouvriers ont utilisés l’eau de la piscine qu’ils puisaient avec leur pot de ciment vide pour travailler. Finalement, l’eau de la piscine n’a pas été changée et on voyait apparaître une pellicule de saleté permanente. Le ménage dans les’ chambres est très sommaire et l’état de la salle de bain laisse à désirer ( beaucoup de rouille et de moisissure). Il n’y a vraiment rien à retenir de positif de cet hôtel.
