Rundown, poorly maintained with dreadful service

I'm afraid to say there is nothing to commend about this hotel - they only saving grace that my stay was only I one night. Stay elsewhere.

Hotel Personal spricht nur mäßig englisch und kann deshalb viele Anforderungen nicht bearbeiten. Die Hauptverkehrsstraße vor dem Hotel ist gerade wegen Bauarbeiten geschlossen deshalb ist die Zufahrt schwieriger zu finden. Es gibt deshalb auch weniger Taxis direkt am Hotel

Great hotel for the price. The room was big and clean. It had all you could ask for: good work space, nice view, big shower, and a firm mattress. The staff was friendly but did not speak much English. A very nice breakfast buffet. A little far from the business area.

Used to be nice

I've stayed at this hotel many times and this time I was disappointed by the condition of the room. It was trashed, the carpet had cigarette burns all over it, the wall paper was torn off the wall in several places. This is the last time I will stay at this place. Sorry LDF, but there are several others that are what this place used to be for less money.

A falling star

I have stayed in this hotel several times before due to convenient distance from my meeting locations. Now, the hotel seems to me like a falling star. Rooms are still good but not possible to bring up the temperature. Breakfast is now very sparse and the service both there and in the reception is below average and a bit unfriendly. I will choose other hotel next time.

地下鉄駅からは１５分はかかります。 ビュフェの朝食は７８元です。スイートルームで、バスタブとシャワーが別々にあります。タクシーもすぐに呼んでくれます。隣にファミリーマートがあります。素晴らしい宿泊体験でした。

Ideal hotelmforma couple wanting to explore!

Fantastic hotel. In a great location for getting about the city. Fifteen minute walk to a metro station, which cost penny's to get around the city. One stop and your at century avenue metro station which opens up the whole of the city, it kind of the main station. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a room on the 18th floor which had a great view from the balcony and the big window in the bedroom part of the room. The bed linen was changed every few days if not daily and towels replenished whenever required. Do note however the maids will attempt to clean the room even if the do not disturb light is turned on, so make sure you put the chain on the door. The hotel is a ten minute taxi drive to the bund as well. Make sure you lift a business card from the reception to show taxi drivers for when you want to get back to the hotel. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone staying in shanghai for any period of time. I was staying for two weeks and was really happy in there. The bathrooms are a little revealing so I'd recommend staying in here to couple rather than families. The gym is a little dated and never seen anyone in the spa/salon but looked good enough. The hotel was also happy to allow Sherpas to deliver food to the hotel room which was great. A truly great stay.

因房內的無線網路很不穩請服務人員到房內檢查多次, 因硬體設計問題無法克服,飯店服務人員也建議我更換房間,但因個人因素問題就無更換...整體感覺很好,服務人員態度非常良好~~值得讚許.

ゆったり過ごすには最適なホテル

3月9日から3泊した。ゆったりした部屋が好きなのでこのホテルを選んだのだが、その点においては満足できるホテルである。開放的な作りなので、落ち着いた気分でゆっくり過ごすことができる。バスルームは必要ない程に大きいが、こちらも疲れた体を癒すには最適である。鏡で自分の後ろ姿が見えることや、広々とした浴槽が良い。また部屋の有線インターネットは問題なくすぐに使用できる。朝食は普通程度においしい。問題は立地条件であろう。駅からは約10分程度だが、歩くのが遅い方の場合は15分くらい必要かも知れない。夜は遅くなっても大きな通り沿いなので問題なく歩くことができる。ちょうど駅とホテルの間にノボテルがあり、わかりやすく、かつ駅から近いノボテルが少しうらやましくなる。またスタッフは必要なサービスは提供してくれるが、そもそももてなすつもりはあまりないようなので、こちらから何かを聞けば応えてくれるが、「何かございましたら」という雰囲気がないのが残念である。いずれにせよ、人々の行動のひとつひとつに疲れる上海において、ゆったり過ごせる、という点においてはオススメのホテルである。
