We could not have chosen a better place for our Seville vacation. The location was perfect, staff awesome( fantastic restaurant recommendations), rooms super clean with just the most comfortable bed possible. They even arranged for our airport transfer and tickets to a flamenco show. You’ll love it here.

Love the property design and terraces, the area Triana was amazing, full off atmosphere and authentic dining options, great area to stay and walkable to all visitor attractions. Isabella on reception was very helpful and friendly, giving us some good recommendations.

Triana House was a must book.very clean. A great location away from the crowds but a 10-15 minute walk to centro. We enjoyed the decor and hospitality. Towel warmer was a nice touch. Will definitely be back again when in Sevilla.

Comfortable cozy accommodation in Seville

The hotel is located in a residential area, closer to all the local attractions. The front desk staff Sandra was very helpful. They arranged for the taxi to go to the bus station. The welcome goodies were nice.

Great location and gorgeous room

Great location and very beautiful room. The decor of the house and the room is extraordinary. Triana is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Sevilla. This house is a gem. It is actually 2 houses. Each of them stunningly decorated. The location is central and walkable to the Guadalquivir river, Torre del Oro, the Cathedral, the Alcazar and much more. Also to the shopping area. We loved our stay at Triana House. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. My only suggestions are: 1) additional lighting in the bathroom/sink and mirror area, and 2) handheld shower heads are very common in Europe; not everyone is used to holding the shower head with one hand and the soap with the other. Over all, we enjoyed our stay and will be back. I highly recommend that you experience Triana House.

Triana B&B was one of my favorite places that I stayed while in Spain. It's across the river, far away from all the crowds and noise, but close enough to walk anywhere. The hotel's design is spectacular if you are into eclectic patterns and tile work. The rooms are spacious and the staff is lovely. I would absolutely return.

Small but good

It was a tiny but well appointed room with comfortable bedding and bathroom. Its noisy so bring earplugs. I think you can use the hotel lobby but thats in another building. Great staff, easy location to all the things.

Nice but very tiny

The hotel are situated in a nice neighborhood just a short walk from the historical part of the city. The room is clean and with a nice decor. But the room is very very tiny and it’s difficult to find space for two suitcases. The breakfast is nicely served in the room but it’s only toasted bread with jam. The staff is very helpful.

A unique experience in exquisite surroundings..

I was thrilled to discover my home away from home during my four day stay at Triana House during Easter weekend. As soon as I walked into reception I was captivated by the stunning decor which is an eclectic mix of Andalusian & Moroccan style. I received a very warm welcome from the lovely front of house staff, Grazia. She went out of her way to make my stay comfortable as well as memorable. I stayed in the exquisite Beijing room with beautiful art deco design, Mandarin art & a private terrace. A delicious breakfast was served in my room on a wicker tray every morning so I felt very spoiled indeed! The cost was very reasonable for what I got, only €12. All in all, it was a unique experience in exquisite surroundings & I felt treated like a VIP guest! Perfect for couples & solo travellers, I highly recommend staying here during your next trip to Seville if you’re looking for a boutique hotel/ luxury B&B right in the middle of the bustling Triana neighbourhood within walking distance if all the historic sights.
