The hotel is in a great location. Can walk everywhere easily. The hotel has lots of character with very friendly and helpful staff. Can be a little noisy at night so take some ear plugs! I would happily stay there again

The hotel staff got our reservation details wrong upon check-in and check-out, his attitude was very unpleasant and we didn't feel welcomed at all. Since the hotel building is old, we could hear every conversation and shower noise from the next room. Good breakfast.

Nice cozy hotel excellent location

Location is great, very close to the main sites. Staff is super nice, always willing to help, room nice size,not necessarily the ideal with three twin beds instead of a double bed,bathroom a bit small, breakfast was good, yes I would go back.

The location was great. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. And plenty of great dining options nearby. The staff were wonderful, especially Alma, and Manuel (who helped with parking our car at the nearby garage). The only negative was the €22 per day charge for parking!!! Although our room was small the bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The breakfast was very good.

Great location, 3 minutes walk from Seville cathedral. There are numerous dining options just out of hotel door. 24 hour reception. Staff is friendly, Spanish, Portugese, English speaking, always happy to help. Room was clean with great functioning aircon. Nice breakfast. There is a room service too. Overall - I would stay here again.

Lovely stay

We had a great stay, really friendly and helpful staff and the hotel itself is beautifully decorated. And just a short walk from many of the Seville sights. Breakfast was good too.
