Old and tired, poorly decorated hotel, not many art deco features! Grumpy staff that were not very friendly to our dog! It was clean enough but the towels need to be renewed soon, the AC worked very well and the location was close enough to the livelier part of the town, parking outside was convenient! We wouldn’t stay again!

Comfortable, spacious and quiet room. The hotel is on a side street off of a very attractive plaza called Place Victor Hugo. This is an older building and it shows to some degree, but was very clean and the breakfast room was particularly nicely decorated. Staff was accommodating and helpful. The parking garage under the plaza is very new and has extra-wide parking spaces. The area is very walkable and picturesque, with pleasure boats lining the canals. If you're a fan of the TV series Candice Renoir, you'll find the building that was used as the set for the police station only a couple of blocks away.

Dishonest manager!

After traveling for 48 hrs with no sleep, we reserved for the wrong night, immediately realized our mistake, and within 5 minutes arrived at the hotel and explained our situation. one of gentlemen at this hotel was kind and even helped us book a room elsewhere and encouraged us to request a refund from Hotels.com, which we did. When they called the hotel, they got another person who was present when we arrived who thought he could hold us to the not needed reservation and double book the room. As an executive in the travel industry, we would never in a million years recommend this place. We took the room so it couldn’t be booked and it was shabby with no furniture and a predatory manager to boot.

Bon accueil et chambre correcte même si l'allure de l'hotel apparait vétuste . Un regret : peu de prises électriques dans la chambre .... et l'impossibilité de décaler le check out au delà de 11h précises ( on est venu nous rappeler à 11h pile qu'il fallait impérativement quitter les leux !).

Grosse déceptions les chambres ont besoins d'etre rafraichi, flexible de douche bruyant pendant la douche car fatigué besoin d'etre changer, l'eau du lavabo a du mal a s'evacuer car systeme casser, menage fait aporoximatif. J'ai demandé au bout de 3 jours a ce qu'on me fasse ma chambre on s'est contenter de changer les draps et mes serviettes que j'avais mis au sol sans rien nettoyer,ni la salle de bain ni changer la sortie de douche au sol ni passer ne serait-ce que l'aspirateur.
