We had a great short stay at Kaya Belek hotel. The rooms are spacious, the food was great and the staff were very attentive. The hotel is in need of a refurbishment as it looks very tired but it didnā€™t spoil our time. My only slight disappointment was that the gym didnā€™t open until 8:30am.

the hotel was clean with very helpful staff . nice pools , very good dinning room and food. entertanment during the evening. there were things for children but I think the hotel is better suited to adults. the person looking after our room could not be recomended

Spa offers good massages, hammam and sauna. Indoor pool and quite good gym. Main impression: + good location, beach, tennis, garden and relatively good kitchen. What we did not like: Many of the Staff members are lacking proper education, training and language skills. One young man in reception behages in a quite rude manner and not as expected from a professional reception. - the room had several defects and lack of maintenance (damage main door, balcony door lock, lamp) Overfall impression. Good location and several Staff members (especially) with Krigisi og Kurdish original was friendly and professional ambassadors of the hotel. However, on many points Kaya Belek Hotel delivers weaker result than other 5 star hotels in Turkey. This can be improved!

The furniture is old. We aaked to change the room because the floor and the rooms smell like mold. But the staff were friendly and the service was ok ... The best part was the swimming pool and the activities "happy environment"

Great resort. Room for improvement.

We had a wonderful time at Kaya Belek. The hotel was nice but there is room for improvement. I was shocked to see the use of plastic straws. I think they should replace them with more eco-friendly options. The air-conditioning should be improved in the whole resort. There are areas of the resort which don't feel too comfortable. Evening entertainment was amazing. the 9:15 shows at the theatre are wonderful. Themed dinner buffet can be introduced. Like a section of buffet could be reserved for themed section. Like, Mexican, Chinesse, Indian, etc.

The food was of very good quality and a lot of different varieties. The room was big and perfect for our needs, even though the room was outdated it was clean and spacious. Special thanks to Cengiz at the poolbar who was one of the most hospitable person at the hotel. Having that said, the FO team could be a lot more welcoming and explaining of where to find the towels or where the restaurant is located etc. they gave us the room key and that was it after waiting for them to finish their conversation. As written in multiple reviews, the hotel is a bit outdated which is more than fine. However, the dumped some old sunbeds and trash in a corner at the pool which wasnā€™t pleasant to look at and could be easily solved. The kids was not invited by its facilities and should be renovated. The staff at the kids club were fantastic though and they did a lot of great activities. Overall, we had a good time but stayed in better hotels in the regions.

Awful hotel, deceptive photos. Iā€™ve stayed in many hotels in Antalya from Kas all the way to towards Alanya. Iā€™m also a business traveller that goes to a lot of standard hotels. This hotel is falling apart , extremely out dated and not a 5-star resort. The hotel is stuck in the 80s with a lot of things broken. Beds are wildly uncomfortable please read other reviews about this. AC doesnā€™t cool the room down. Crowded and unsanitary please see photos. Do not stay here this isnā€™t a decent hotel. I wish I could get my money back but Iā€™m more upset about the ruined experience with my family. Such deceptive photos The service team was decent and the food is good. But thatā€™s about it The hotel guest relations manager threatened me with having their lawyers take down the review so I wish her the best of luck!

i stayed here for 6 nights and it was my best holiday ever with all amenities, all you need to keep u you busy is at kaya belek i enjoyed the swim here All staff were lovely always come to offer you drinks and snacks, the main restaurant was outrageous with all kind of food from meat to dessert and sitting area was fabulous, food, staff,chef restaurant is 10/10 in the main restaurant my favourite staff was mehmet and from the lobby was huseyinuguten with roll skates both were very friendly. excellent overall would recommend my friends and family to enjoy here at kaya belek

It is an excellent resort for large family with small children for the price and all inclusive meal deal and excellent location. Room AC was not cool enough but managed to adjust after 2 days. the buffet was exceptional

Disappointing Stay ā€” Not Worth the Price

It was a very bad experience. The doors are designed to open with electronic cards, but they often donā€™t work properly. The rooms and hallways smell terrible. The towels in the room were torn. The pools shown on the left side of the hotelā€™s promotional photos are actually part of Kaya Palazzo, not this hotel ā€” yet they misleadingly present them as their own. We were entitled to an Ć  la carte dinner, but when we tried to make a reservation, we were told it was fully booked for four consecutive days and were not accommodated. The sunbeds are old and made of plastic. The floor tiles and ceramics are broken and poorly maintained. The food quality is low ā€” they sometimes serve meals left over from the previous day or even two days ago. The alcoholic drinks are of the lowest quality. Thereā€™s only one type of beer available: Efes. For kids activity many children were turned down, as the activities had very limited capacity. That created unnecessary stress for our kids and us. This hotel is absolutely not worth the price. Avoid it at all costs.

We booked this hotel as a better option than our previous after Ironman race, however when we wanted to add some nights we didnā€™t get a response from The hotel, I called and the reservations team stated it would be ok and some e will call me but this didnā€™t happen, upon arrival We were advised that they were fully booked so no extra nights were possible. They says they didnā€™t see the messages on the system but we did this through hotels.com messaging. It means we had to find another hotel for our additional two nights. Whilst at the hotel you notice that some areas are in need of updating and the room keys are a nightmare I had to go back to reception on every occasion to sort it out.

Kaya Belek Hotel -

We enjoyed our stay Kaya Belek hotel, the room was spacious, but beds were very basic with little comfort. Bathroom with rain shower was also a very nice touch, but daily toiletries were just dropped on counter and toilet paper rolls left out, never really straightened out. It shows lack of training or care by room cleaning staff. Food and drink throughout dining and bars in hotel were very good with nice service. Attentive service by all staff throughout the property. Kudos to the pool bar wait staff on roller blades, now that I have never seen in 35 years in the travel business and was impressed at their skill and level of customer service effort. The only disappointment was lack info provided at check in on the property, a map to where everything was ?, it took me a while to find the fitness room, no golf info provided when asked, they just pointed to where it was, no special rates given, no info given on spa (coupon?)other dining options, etc. Everything a resort wants to upgrade its guests on, nothing was mentionedā€¦too bad, we spent our golf money and shopped off property. No ATM for a 400 room property, disappointing. No shuttle service to near by sites like land of legends, golf courses. Many of questions above were asked to front desk staff, some of them were in new training and did not speak a lot of English. Some staff were very helpful but had limited service efforts. A North American 4 ****, which is in need in this market/area. Solid choice.

Das einzig wirklich Positive an meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel Kaya Belek war das Essen ā€“ abwechslungsreich, frisch und geschmacklich sehr gut. Leider hƶrt der positive Eindruck dort auch schon auf. Die Zimmer sind stark in die Jahre gekommen, die BƤder wiesen deutliche Schimmelspuren auf und wirkten ungepflegt. Der KĆ¼hlschrank war verschmutzt und die Betten sehr unbequem. Die Magnetkarten fĆ¼r die ZimmertĆ¼ren funktionierten stƤndig nicht, sodass ich mehrmals am Tag zur Rezeption laufen musste ā€“ sehr Ƥrgerlich. Der Service im Restaurant war gemischt: WƤhrend einige Mitarbeiter freundlich waren, wirkten andere lustlos und teilweise unhƶflich. Das Animationsteam hingegen war engagiert und hat mit seiner Freundlichkeit fĆ¼r gute Stimmung gesorgt. Ein weiteres Ƅrgernis waren die vom Hotel bestellten Taxis. FĆ¼r eine kurze Strecke von etwa 6 km nach Belek und zurĆ¼ck wurden 25 ā‚¬ berechnet ā€“ trotz staatlicher Taxameterpflicht. Das einzig wirklich Positive an meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel Kaya Belek war das Essen ā€“ geschmacklich sehr gut. Leider hƶrt der positive Eindruck dort auch schon auf. Die Zimmer sind stark in die Jahre gekommen, die BƤder wiesen deutliche Schimmelspuren auf und wirkten ungepflegt. Der KĆ¼hlschrank war verschmutzt und die Betten sehr unbequem. Die Magnetkarten fĆ¼r die ZimmertĆ¼ren funktionierten stƤndig nicht, sodass ich mehrmals am Tag zur Rezeption laufen musste ā€“ sehr Ƥrgerlich. Der Service im Restaurant war gemischt: WƤhrend einige Mitarbeiter freundlich waren, wirkten andere lustlos und teilweise unhƶflich. Das Animationsteam hingegen war engagiert und hat mit seiner Freundlichkeit fĆ¼r gute Stimmung gesorgt. Ein weiteres Ƅrgernis waren die vom Hotel bestellten Taxis. FĆ¼r eine kurze Strecke von etwa 6 km nach Belek und zurĆ¼ck wurden 25 ā‚¬ berechnet ā€“ trotz staatlicher Taxameterpflicht. Das Hotel ist ziemlich alt, wir mussten aufgrund von Feuchtigkeit an den wƤnden unser erstes Zimmer wechseln. Sowohl das erste als auch das zweite Zimmer waren nicht sehr sauber, der Boden war staubig, es waren Reste/Spielzeuge von den vorherigen GƤsten auf dem Boden. Das Bett war ƤuƟerst unbequem. Die dusche hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Unser Balkon wurde nie gereinigt und aufgerƤumt (wir waren 10 Tage dort). AuƟenanlage war auch nicht gut, die Liegen sind in einem schlechten Zustand. Es gibt nur eine station, wo man sich HandtĆ¼cher holen konnte. Das einzigst positive ist das Essen und der Service/Personal in den Innenbereichen. Am strand hat es am service gemangelt.
