The hotel was beautiful. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived to the day we left, they helped with our luggage and helped with any questions we had. The beds were comfortable and the pool was the cleanest pool I have ever seen. Drip coffee in the room was also excellent. They gave us swim caps before entering and it was actually so smart as there was no hair to be found in the pool.

Wow this hotel was elegant. Stunning views of the Lotte tower. Shopping right at your footsteps. Conveniently next to the subway. Breakfast buffet was great. Indoor tennis was a fun experience. Staff were top notch for this 5 star establishment.

Excellent location for everything like Lotte World, Department store, Lotte mall, mart, bus and subway station with good view( I booked room with lake view. Many excellent restaurants. When you arrive the Hotel the staff greet you with great respect. They are ready to help you. Very good size, clean and cozy room. Very comfortable bed. Whenever I come to Korea I stay here.

The AC in the room kept it at the cooler temperature I like at night. The drinks and food in the lobby restaurant/bar were very good, but I would have liked a rooftop bar with a view - similar to the 81st floor bar in the hotel across the street. The restaurants on the 11th floor of the Lotte Dept. store provided several reasonably-priced options for dining. It was convenient having 3 phones in the room. There was a gap between the bottom of the entrance door to the room and the carpet, so some noise carried through from the hallway - not a major issue, but it did wake me up.
