Good Stay.

I had a fantastic 9 days stay at Hotel Atrium. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout my entire visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I enjoyed the breakfast offered each morning. Definitely has room for improvement with more varied options menus instead of the same dishes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Very nice hotel for staying with family

Good location, only 2-3mins walk from Subway, very friendly and helpful staffs. Spacious, clean modern rooms. Quiet neighbourhood and definitely worth staying next time.

駅から遠い日本語の通じないホテル

最寄り駅のプラットホームを降りて歩いても歩いても目的の改札口は遠く、階段を登ったり降りたり。出口にはエスカレーターもなく、さらに歩きます。夜道は暗く人通りがないので、女性の一人歩きはオススメできません。地下鉄の出口からホテルの間にはコンビニはありません。フロントでは日本語の日常会話は出来ますが、簡単な言葉しか通じません。荷物を送りためにメジャーを借りようとしましたが、通じず苦心しました。こちらが翻訳機を使えば良かったのかもしれませんが、日本語が通じるとのことでしたので。電話の対応は最悪で理解できないとなると一方的に切られます。それ以外はそこそこ良いホテルではないかと思いますが、私は再度利用しようとは思いません。

서울의 느낌을 받을 수 있었던 호텔

잦은 서울 출장으로 많은 호텔에서 숙박을 해보았는데 동일한 가격대비 룸 청결도가 매우 좋았습니다. 객실 만족도도 매우 높았고 친절한 직원 덕분에 기분좋게 숙박을 할 수 있었습니다. 심지어 무료로 룸 업그레이드도 해 주었습니다! 아쉬운 점이 있다면 방음시설의 부족과 조식뷔페를 이용하지 못해 아쉬움이 남았습니다. 리모델링을 하고 있어 불가피하게 이용할 수 없다는 점은 이해하지만 약간의 아쉬움이 남았네요

2박3일 가족여행중 묵게 되었는데 직원 친절도. 위치며 주변 관광 먹거리 특히 아침 주변에 유명 해장국집이 많아 골라먹는 재미가 있었어요. 불편했던점은 난방방식이 히터 방식이어서 첫날은 몹시 건조했데 둘째날은 가습기를 부탁하니 친절하게 갖다주셔서 괜찮았네요.

접근성이 좋은 호텔

직원들도 상당히 친절하였고 조용하고 편안히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 지하철역과도 가까워 접근성이 좋았고 주변 경북궁 창경궁 인사동 북촌마을 등 둘러볼거리도 많아 가족단위 여행시에 이용하기 좋은 호텔로 추천합니다

便利な場所で使いやすい

ホテル自体は、とても快適だし、清潔だし、これまで何度か利用させてもらっていたのですが、今回は、あまりにも寒い時期に泊まったので、客室の暖房があまり快適ではなく、かなり寒い思いをしました。やはり冬はオンドルがある施設が泊まりやすいと感じました。

광장시장 바로 건너편이고, 동대문이 가까워서 외국인 관광객들에게 좋은 숙소인 것 같습니다. 갑작스런 사정으로 아이들을 동반하여 하루 묵게 되었는데, 내국인에게는 가격 대비 시설 수준이 그렇게 높지는 않다는 느낌입니다. 주중이어서 그런지 조식이 제공되지 않았구요, 특히 욕실이 옆 객실 욕실과 맞붙어 있는데 방음이 너무 안 되어서 샤워 소리, 물 내리는 소리가 옆에 있는 것처럼 생생하게 들렸습니다.

Requested help from front staff to order food in. We were in Korea and wanted to order Korean food but were told to order pizza or other non-Korean food due to the smell of korean food. We were foreigners in the country but there was no attempt by the staff to assist.

시내중심에 있어 너무 가족여행에 편리한 위치

호텔위치가 시내 중심에 있어 관광하기 너무 편한 호텔이었습니다. 각종 고궁등이 있어 관광하기 좋았고, 동대문, 광장시장이 옆이라 쇼핑하기에도 좋은것 같네요. 아무튼 가겨대비 아주 훌륭한 호텔이었습니다.

청소 상태가 형편없었습니다. 전 사람의 모발이 그데로 침대에 남아 있었습니다.

직원분들은 친절 했습니다. 청소는 좀 더 꼼꼼하게 할 필요가 있습니다. 치약, 칫솔 등 기본적으로 필요한 것들은 구매 가능한 홈빠 비치를 해주면 좋겠습니다.

라마다 종로 이용 후기!

가족여행으로 1박 했습니다. 호텔 조식이나 기타 부대시설을 이용하지 않아서 그 부분에 대해서는 잘 모르겠습니다. 객실은 살짝 오래된 느낌이지만 깔끔하고, 도로 바로 옆에 위치하고 있는데도 창을 닫으면 조용합니다. 하지만 종종 복도에서 문닫는 소리나 이야기 소리가 들려와서 예민하신 분들은 어떨지 모르겠어요. 저는 심하게 거슬릴 정도는 아니었습니다. 침대 매트리스도 괜찮았고 시트도 깨끗하게 빤 느낌이라 숙면할 수 있었어요. 욕조가 딸린 욕실도 적당한 넓이라 맘에 들었습니다. 객실 내 금고가 있어서 며칠 투숙하실 분이라면 참고하시면 좋겠네요. 단지 제가 갔을 때 비수기라 그런지 치약 칫솔 재고가 떨어져서 편의점 에서 따로 사가야 했다는 것과 미니바에 콜라 말고는 아무것도 없었던 게 아쉬웠어요. 다른 무엇보다 가장 큰 장점은 위치입니다. 서울의 웬만한 관광지는 거의 20분 안에 갈 수 있다는게 굉장히 매력적이에요.(특히 종묘나 광장 시장은 5~10분 내로 걸어갈 수 있고 인사동도 버스나 택시타면 교통비가 아깝다는 느낌이 들 정도로 가깝습니다)버스 타기도 쉽구요. 그리고 종업원들이 항상 웃는 얼굴로 친절하게 대해줘서 첫 호텔 이용에도 맘 편했습니다. 다음에 관광으로 간다면 다시 이용하고 싶어요. 부속 스파도 가보고 싶네요!

広蔵市場に近いホテル

ソウルに泊まるときは、いつもこちらのホテルを利用させていただいております。大好きな広蔵市場に近く、ホテルの近くに食事ができるところもたくさんあります。地下鉄もコンビニも近くにあります。ホテルのお部屋も清潔で、お湯もたっぷりでますし、ベッドも大きめで寝やすいです。また、利用させていただきます。　ありがとうございました。

직원분들의 친절함이 가장 인상적인 호텔

전반적으로 호텔이 깨끗하고 직원분들이 너무 친절해서 마음에 들었지만. 아쉬운 것은 객실에 화장지가 없다는 것..이거야 머!!, 다 좋은데 가장 불만이고 반드시 개선이 필요한 것은 식당 같아요...쌀은 익지도 않아서 먹기 힘들고, 스프에서는 철 수세미 조각이 나와서 상당히 불쾌하고 위생이 염려가 되었음. 친절하고 좋은 호텔 식당이 이미지에 먹칠하는 느낌..다음에는 개선되겠죠?
