The apartment is located on the first floor, is approximately 33 m² in size, and is ideal for two people.

The combined living and sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe, and a dining area. A modern 32" flat-screen TV provides entertainment.

The open-plan kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven with microwave function, four-burner ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.

The highlight is the south-facing balcony with seating – ideal for starting your morning in the sunshine or relaxing in the evening.

The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

The apartment also includes a hallway with a wardrobe and a practical storage room.

Occupancy: Maximum 2 adults; one baby can sleep in the parents' bed.

Parking: A parking space at the building can be booked additionally.

Perfect for couples traveling together or families: The two neighboring apartments "Ankerplatz 9" and "Ankerplatz 10" are located on the same floor and can be booked additionally if needed – close to each other yet with private space.
