Hotel was good and the kids had fun in the water park. But they have a fly problem in the buffet. Flies land and eat your food before you can even get to it. The rooms were clean. It is a great place to stay if u have kids.

Great resort (with room for improvement)

There were 17 people in our party (adults and children of different ages) staying in 7 rooms for 5 nights. Overall, it was a memorable stay at Aqua Fantasy hotel, but there are things that could be easily improved. I am saying this because I have stayed in multiple all-inclusive resorts in that area and elsewhere. But first let me start with the things we loved about the resort: - Front desk staff (specially Alicia) were super friendly and helpful! Almost all of us were given room upgrades and super early check-ins. Thanks a lot for that :) - Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. - The adjacent water park is a blessing for kids and adults alike! - Variety of the food offered at breakfast and dinner buffets were satisfactory. - The hotel is just a 15-minute ride from Kusadasi town center which offers great views and shopping. What we did NOT like as much about the resort: - The lunch cafe was located outdoors. An absolute torture in the 40+ degree summer weather with flies hovering all over the food. Why not moving the lunch to same dining as breakfast and dinner?! - Night time entertainment is not that fascinating. The resort can certainly do better with adult and kids shows. - Kids Club activities were dismal and were for younger kids only. Did not have much to offer for 8+ year old kids. - Lastly, the housekeeping staff, despite being very hardworking and friendly smelled unpleasant. I am sorry I am saying this, but there are surely easy fixes for this issue.

Some Staff were rude ,UNWELCOMING and careless👎, never apologized for their mistakes. We missed our Turkish dinner because of their booking error — no apology, no compensation. Reception didn’t even mention we could pay for early check-in until hours later. Most staff barely speak English and act annoyed when you ask anything. Buffet was the same dull food every day. Dirty plates, greasy reused cups at the bar — disgusting. For the price, this place is a joke. Definitely not worth it.👎👎👎

A wonderful place to be. The kids love it, even adults. Beautiful resort with all sorts of activities from the beach, waterpark, pools etc. Friendly staffs, most especially the guys at the beach bar, Bilal. Its indeed an all inclusive. It was a spectacular holiday all through, kudos to the management. I definitely recommend this resort. I will visit again.

I don't want to say that the pictures of the rooms are fake, because they aren't - but you won't realize how small, crowded and low quality they are until you get there. Not western standards at all. We got the "2 Bedroom Suite" They basically shoved 4 beds and a couch into a normal sized hotel room and put up a few walls. Not luxury at all for $600 a night. But its not all bad. It is all inclusive. So if you don't mind eating the same buffet food every single day, that's nice. And you don't really have a choice because there is nothing close by you can walk to. You are a short cab ride from a small town and from all the ruins. A bit longer cab rid to the larger (and amazing) town of Kusadasi. The beach is decent - but being from Miami nothing special and the water was too cold to enjoy (in July). The attached water park is amazing. Basically - this i not my type of vacation. I was forced into it by my wife that wanted to bring along her Mom, Dad and Brother - necessitating a suite that could host 6 people. I prefer a more luxury hotel in a city with lots of things to do (like Kusadasi) and to take a cab to the ruins from there. We visited the beach exactly once and the Water park once - so that aspect was kind of a waste.

Hotel tres bien équipé au niveau des chambres et des piscines. Le restaurant est tres bon, le poisson y est délicieux. Beaucoup de choix. Par contre, le personnel est professionnel mais un peu froid. Beaucoup d'anglais tres bruyants et irrespectueux dans les couloirs le soir et la nuit. Prévoir Bouchons d'oreilles. Le site de EPHESE à 15 min de l'hotel est magnifique mais coute 40€ (gratuit pour les enfants de moins de 8 ans avec justificatifs). La ville de Kusadaci à 20 min est tres agréable avec ses rues pietonnes et sa corniche.

L'hôtel est très bien . ✅️ accès simple et rapide ✅️ serviette et propreté ✅️ animations tout les soirs mais plutôt pour les adultes ✅️ acces facile a l'aquapark ( qui est au top du top) ❎️ les glaces ( pendant mes 5 nuits il n'y avait que cône a la VANILLE aucun autre goût ❎️ terrain de foot avec énormément de trous ❎️ les desserts étais toujours les mêmes. ❎️manque d'animation pour les enfants. Sinon c'étais un bon séjours, Mais je pense pas revenir.

Die Anlage ist schön mit Blumen angelegt und gut gepflegt. Direkt am Meer, hier ist das Wasser leider nicht so türkis wie erwartet. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und es sind zu jeder Tageszeit ausreichend Liegen vorhanden.Das Frühstücks- und Abendessenbuffet war ausreichend. Abends hätte die Fleischqualität etwas hochwertiger sein können. Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Das Mittagessen nahe dem Meer war immer sehr laut. Auch wenn es ein Strandbuffet ist, sollte darauf geachtet werden, dass die Gäste nicht barfuß und nacktem Oberkörper das Restaurant betreten. Das Steakrestaurant war für uns persönlich leider kein Highlight. Die Vorspeise wurde lieblos serviert als wir noch nicht einmal richtig saßen. Die Chickenwings waren verbrannt, deshalb lagen sie mit der oberen Seite auf dem Teller. In allen Restaurants leider zu wenig Personal zum Abräumen der Teller. Abends wäre etwas mehr Atmosphäre wünschenswert, z.B. mit Tischdecken und etwas Deko auf dem Tisch. Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit Poolblick. Leider funktionierte der Kühlschrank nicht. Dies musste 2 Tage reklamiert werden bis er getauscht wurde. Dies sollte die Reinigungskraft beim Auffüllen der Getränke feststellen. Der Safe war nicht fest montiert, da er aus dem Holzschrank rausgerissen wurde. Dies wurde trotz Reklamation nicht gelöst. Am schönsten war für uns und unseren Sohn die Poolanlage und der Wasserpark. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unseres Erachtens leider ungenügend.

We ended up staying at Tui blue but was not informed aqu was closed. The water park was open but not as much choice in where to eat and swimming pool access. The hotels were next to eachother and share all facilities. The shower room was better larger. W quite noisy I suppose the kids. I didn’t enjoy the food or local alcoholic drinks, just not the same. Frapachocolate and frapastrawberries is delicious and a must along with the fresh waffles. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Mohamed on reception is really helpful with excersions and emphus. Dolphins show is good. Get the local bus into Kusadasi £1 Weather was exceptional. The beach sports is good we did parasailing. Get professional photos done, they will call him. It was not crowded at all very nice hotel but we prefer self catering as we are to fussy how are food is prepared

Le spa est super. Les piscine aussi. Le buffet est bien mais plutôt répétitif. La qualitée des produits souvent cheap. Manque un shuttle gratuite pour la ville car c'est a chaque fois 20euros a/r.
