I had expected more as it’s advertised as a cultural centre with arts and crafts but it’s only a motel and restaurant with small shop.
Room was basic, had to run shower for a long time to get hot water, staff at reception and restaurant were friendly and pleasant, food was good.
Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff and delicious food!

The stay was a little depressing. Obviously, the project was to create a center to show off Hopi culture. Somewhere along the way the center became too expensive to maintain and all that is left is a motel in the desert. The staff was friendly and the food in the restaurant was decent but you couldn’t help but feel that you were seeing a shadow of what the center was supposed to me.

Considering it's the only place to stay when visiting this area....it is good enough. The attached restaurant is good, fair prices and friendly staff.
It was a really nice stay I really appreciate and admire that they waited for me to check in late after driving from Buckeye AZ.
The staff in both the hotel and restaurant where very professional in thier appearance and their demeanor was very friendly along with comforting.
Thanks staff keep up the good work if I could I would give you all a grade A+
Was surprised at the price of what was offered, then was advised the mattresses were changed out, that was a plus however we see that some screws were left on the floor beneath the head of the bed, then we attempted to close the curtains but they wouldn't due to missng connections on the curtain itself, Coffee is always a Plus for me especially in the morning However what was left for coffee was Decaffeinated which I don't drink, didn't notice it until I took out the coffee POD where it stated DECAF. , I poured it out. Electrical outlets were used by surge protectors for more plug ins, looking like an electrical hazard.
Room next to us was Unlocked the whole time we're there, Friday thru Monday. I'm hoping Management reads this and gives us a Good Discount on our next stay.
Thank you
Always great to stay at the Hopi Cultural Center. This is about my eighth stay over the years and the customer service is always excellent. The restaurant is always good and the wait staff is great. The fact it is not a "chain" nor a five-star hotel, doesn't take away from the friendly staff, cleanliness of the rooms, and beautiful surrounding areas.
Good quality of room and excellent customer service. Has a great restaurant on property that provides great service and quality food. Both Hopi and American dishes that are done well and delicious.
