"Hotel Staff was very polite,courteous, friendly and professional.My room service was excellent. I had a very clean room a nice view over the swimming pool,It had an amazing view at night. Breakfast was served at 6:00-10:00AM. There was Assorted Foods,Fruits and Pastries were served daily. Beach at the resort was great,water was a little chilly, overall the weather was just right. I couldn't watch Netflix, due to it not working in the region."

"The room was so clean and staff member were so helpful. The breakfast menu was superb. The beach was in walking distance And also many restaurants and shopping mall were at 20 min walk from the hotel. Highly recommended.We would stay again if we come back and visit Bali again."

"We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and our room was comfortable and relaxing. What really stood out was the excellent service. Everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made an effort to make our stay enjoyable. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. "We cannot rave enough about Hava Ubud. The property is GORGEOUS! It is the stuff vacation dreams are made of. It is conveniently located NEAR Ubud city center so you’re close enough for convenience but are not smack dab in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The staff were top notch and made the whole experience wonderful. They have amazing amenities and delicious food. We highly recommend getting the iced vanilla latte. Sounds basic but it was BOMB!"
