Location molto bella, palazzo antico ma ben ristrutturato, nel pieno centro del paese, vicino a due ristoranti più che raccomandabili.La suite è arredata con cura e eleganza, forse solo un po' buia.. Simpaticissima e disponibile la giovane signora che gestisce la struttura. Decisamente il bed and breakfast più bello tra quelli visitati nel nostro giro nele Marche

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera di questa struttura, perché dispone anche di appartamenti, per due notti 25-26/05/18, durante le.quali abbiamo potuto apprezzare la qualità degli arredi rustici che la caratterizzano, rendendo veritiere le immagini che si visualizzano sul portale, igiene, ampia superficie della camera. Splendido hotel in un paese in mezzo al verde.

Una bellissima vacanza di tre giorni in giro tra Umbria e Marche, il country house Federico 1 e un splendido hotel a Sassoferrato vicino a Frasassi, Fabriano, e a 60 km +/- da Assisi da provare.

A comfortable room and gracious hosts

Stella, Antonio, and Giovanna all made for a great stay at Countryhouse Federico -- they were all very warm, welcoming, and helpful in answering questions about the town and its surroundings. I stayed in the downstairs suite, which including a large bathroom, bedroom, living room, and kitchen with gas stove and refridgerator. The house was on a direct line to the center of town, adjacent to San Francesco (one of the major churches), so finding the property was easy when I arrived. The house was also within five minutes walk of a small grocery store. Breakfast was generous with coffee, juices, fruit, salami, cereal, and bread. Overall, a great stay with very gracious hosts. I look forward to staying there again.

Great place, very comfortable!

This is a wonderful spot to stay in the old section of Sassoferrato. It was very comfortable with very friendly staff. I would happily stay again and would recommend to anyone who wants a comfortable, quiet place to stay.

Beautiful views

Owners were wonderfully nice, even accommodating us arriving at a very late hour. Amazing views over the surrounding hills and valleys. Only issue was the bed was not very comfortable.
