Enter through the entrance door and discover a bright, spacious living area with direct access to the terrace. The independent and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) offers you everything you need to cook with ease. For your breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. Share your meals around the large extendable table that can accommodate up to 11 guests. In the evening, gather in the living room, comfortably seated on the sofas, with a coffee table and a television.



At the end of the corridor are four rooms: two double rooms (140x190 cm bed) with private bathroom, one of which has a toilet, a room with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a last one with a single bed (90x190 cm). An additional bathroom and a separate toilet complete the ground floor.



Climb the stairs leading to the mezzanine where you will discover a library space with a desk, perfect for working quietly from home. You will also find a double bedroom (140x190 cm bed) with a private bathroom, and another room equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm). A bathroom with a shower and an independent toilet are located between these two bedrooms.
