Holiday Home 'Alpin Chalet Samer' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The vacation home "Alpin Chalet Samer" in Sarentino/Sarnthein is one of the oldest and best preserved buildings in the area and has been carefully restored and revitalized with great respect. The three-storey accommodation consists of a total of 3 residential units and each unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with washing machine and a total of 7 bedrooms with space for 16 people.



Each unit is also equipped with WiFi (suitable for video calls), a work area for home office, underfloor heating and a Smart TV. A baby crib and high chair are also available.



Your private outdoor area includes a garden, 2 covered terraces and 2 balconies.

The accommodation offers an ideal location for various sporting activities in the Sarntal Alps. Various stores and restaurants are within walking distance and Bolzano/Bozen can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

A parking lot is available on the property, further free parking spaces are available on the street.

Pros: The location, the spacious house and the historical ambiance. The house had a large living room which fitted all, so that we could easily spend time together. Equipped with all we needed, included toys for the kids. Cons: It was a bit unpractical that the ground floor apartment was not connected indoors to the rest of the house, when we rented the whole house. But in the end it was not a large problem.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage, mit hochwertiger Ausstattung

Pros: Als Gesamtes Haus sehr gut geeignet für größere Gruppen. In der Bauernstube großer Tisch für mind. 12 Personen und große, gut ausgestattet Küche. Durch die Aufteilung in drei Wohnungen, kann man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen 😊 Die Vermieter sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Antworten sehr schnell auf Fragen.

Ein neues Haus in super Lage. Toller Familienurlaub

Pros: Das Haus ist neu renoviert und toll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind super hilfsbereit. Absolut tolle Lage: Supermarkt, Wanderwege, Sportplatz alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Familienurlaub und würden jederzeit die Unterkunft wieder buchen!
